We believe it is our duty to remain on the cutting edge of watergardening practices through research, competence and ingenuity, and ultimately by informing you of these practices. All of our customers are surprised at how simple it can be to maintain their waterfeature. At Dreamscapes, we use the Aquascape Inc. company as our main distributor. We believe that their system, simple but effective, will give ease of mind through simplicity, reliability and efficiency. For your convenience, we supply a full line of fish, plants and accessories at our aquatic center, located in Lebanon PA. You can be re-assured that your watergarden will be both beautiful and properly maintained with the knowledge that you’ll gain as a new customer of Dreamscapes. Don’t want to be bothered with any maintenance at all? Well, we also offer a full maintenance program. We can be involved as little or as much as you desire, from an annual Spring pond cleaning, to a bi-weekly maintenance service. Whether your waterfeature is designed to bring peace and tranquility, or is merely a hobby, we are certain that our caliber of watergarden installation will meet any needs that are important to you. In 2011 we decided to reconfigure the waterfalls into our existing pond. Dustin and Tara came out to meet with us and discuss this project. It involved a complete reconfiguration of the existing falls, adding stone and large boulders. They made sure we understood what was involved and they were extremely fair and upfront with the cost associated. We decided on a start date and they were on time and got the job done as promised. The result was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for.
Everyone involved in this business from Dustin and Tara to their employees are completely professional and easy to work with. From the first time we met with them we felt their goal was to make us happy and meet our expectations. They have done that without fail. They are personally involved from beginning to end. Tara is always accessible either by phone or email which has been a comfort to us after going through what we did with our original contractors. They genuinely take pride in what they do and the services they provide.
