+ -1 moreThey did a great job. It was saturated pretty good and took longer than he had anticipated. So he did have to call for backup. But it's been approximately 2 months and the spot hasn't returned. It cost more than I had typically paid to have carpet cleaned but I don't think those companies would have been capable of removing the detergent as effectively.
Description of Work: I spilled about a gallon of laundry detergent on my hallway carpetting. I called Carpet Magic to clean it. They were recommended by a carpet installer who I called thinking I should just replace the carpetting.

+ -1 moreThey are carpet experts! They are very good at what they do. My carpets were gross when they came, and when they left the carpets looked brand new. The house was a foreclosure when we purchased it. It was a mess. There were stains everywhere. I wanted to replace the carpets, but my fiance wanted to give them a shot. I was really skeptical, but they gave my carpets a makeover. They look great now.
Description of Work: I used Carpet Magic to clean my carpets.
