My well pump died, and someone was on site to diagnose the issue shortly after we spoke on the phone. After taking time to gather materials, they came back and had my pump replaced within a few hours. Great service, very friendly, and very fast. Highly recommended.

I didn't know customer service like this still existed. Gardell came out on a Monday. Told us exactly his plan to help improve our well water with no pressure just good advice. Answered all our questions and even made some improvements. They were out the following Monday for the service call. Gardell and Nick were here all day doing the work. We did have to add one item that was unexpected but we had the choice. Once the work was complete we were walked through our new system. No rush! We will continue to have Beck Creek service our filters and everything. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I called yesterday, our hot water heater was not working. The service was exceptional - from looking at our old unit. Offering to make temp repairs and recommended the best options. To having a new one installed with some reconnection repairs, totally professional and one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! If you need anything their services supply, call them- you will not be disappointed. Pricing was also very reasonable and will definitely call them again! I had water coming up from the ground next to my water well (private system), and I was not sure why or what the problem was. Gardell came to my house, on time, and analyzed the problem. He felt confident that the problem was with the elbow joint going from the pump to the pipe. He gave me a reasonable estimate with a good price range (low-high). He told me several times that it would not go over the top price of the estimated range. I do not like when contractors give an estimate and then go well above their estimate. I have gone through that before, but not with Gardell! His professionalism is outstanding, and he is a very friendly guy. The day of the repair, he came, again on time, and dug up the ground by hand to find the problem, and it was exactly what he thought: the elbow was not holding up well, as it was plastic instead of steel. He replaced it, and now it works better than before, and the water pressure is so much better than it was. He saved me so much money over what the competitor wanted to charge me. He also replaced the non-functional spicket in the front of my house including a water shut-off valve. I have a small budget and his prices are very reasonable. As a final note, he came prepared with booties to wear over his shoes, so he would not get my floors dirty when he came inside. I am very happy that I called him and will call him again any time I need a plumber in the future. Thanks, Gardell!

Gardell the owner of this company was so curtious with his services. His work completed was matched to what was reviewed over the phone before the work was completed. I would recommend his work to all needing plumbing repaired as I needed. The charges for his work were were lower then what was reviewed over the phone.

Faucet was leaking and thought I would need replacement part but all that was needed was for the valve assy. to be tightened. Because there was a standard charge the tech. asked if there was anything else he could help with and I had him look at my humidifier. I think the charge for his services and travel time was more than fair. I was very happy with the service.

It was a good experience and the plumber was very nice and helpful. I didn't know what was wrong with my outdoor faucet, only that it was leaking. My husband was to ill to look at it for me and so that is the reason I called the plumber. When Nick the plumber looked at the fauset he found it only needed to be tighten in order to stop it from leaking. He tighten the fauset and it stopped the leaking. The cost was $50 dollars and I felt it was better than having to replace the entire fauset.
