Description of Work: I had two doors and a storm door replaced in my house. My original doors were old and energy inefficient.

Description of Work: Mark,the owner,did a number of handyman projects: painted porch concrete, bay-window sill, and basketball hoop; replaced outdoor drain pipe (emergency event); picture and accessory hangings; replaced high outdoor light bulbs; installed screen door on deck; installed door between basement and garage; cemented loose bricks on outside decorative wall; repaired stuck drawer; replaced bathroom faucet. | |He is extraordinarily competent, efficient, neat, versatile. He was prompt and flexible in scheduling, made excellent suggestions, shopped for materials, articulate, and price-reasonable (explaining and documenting the costs). Additionally, he is an ethical businessman; I am using him again. |

Description of Work: We are fixing our house up to sell. Mark came to our house just about every Friday for a period of months and made a series of improvements -- large and small. He replaced two bedroom doors, replaced four closet doors, built (from scratch) a new shower unit, installed a wood panel ceiling in our kitchen, recaulked a bathtub, repaired an exterior door and tore down an aluminum awning.

Description of Work: Mark was wonderful. He painted the paneling in our family room. He did a great job and he made sure he filled in all the cracks and primed it well. He went back over it the next day and filled in any holes he had missed and then touched up the paint. He also took down the wall paper in our kitchen, patched a few holes and painted it. Then he installed a glass tile back splash in the kitchen that looks fabulous. He also took out a sliding glass door in my bedroom and replaced the wood underneath, which the other contractor I had did not want to do. He also did some small "handyman" stuff that most contractors don't want to deal with, such as: taking down a curtain rod, patching some holes in the walls and installing a faucet in the bathroom. He even put some primer on the areas he patched without me having to ask. He has also done previous work for us. He repaired dry wall and painted the ceiling in our family room. He put in our gutters. He made a flower box for my mom (again something most contractors won't do and a handyman will charge a fortune for). We have him coming back in a few weeks to put in a surround shower, to replace windows in my French doors and some other minor repairs.

Description of Work: He just finished a job repairing a section on one of my properties where water was getting into the walls from outside. He fixed the area that was letting water in and fixed the damaged drywall.
