+ -1 moreI wouldn't use them again. They did the whole 2 floors of my house in 1/2 hour (which seems too fast to do a qaulity job) and didn't get many of the stains or smells out despite my paying significantly more for the "Deodorizer and Sanitizer". In fact we had to go over the carpets ourselves with spray cleaners to get get the stains out they missed. Funny that a $4 bottle of cleaner could get the stains their supposed powerful steam cleaning extraction equipment couldn't. I tried calling them twice to complain and they never returned my calls. I would suggest you use another service. Next time I'll save a lot of money and rent a cleaner and do it myself. Unlike the prior reviewer, you don't always get what you paid for - I paid a lot expecting them to do a quality job but got very little.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning - 2 floors and stairs. Included additional charges for Deodorizer and Sanitizer. Total 7-8 rooms
