Brader was recommended by family friend. His shop was only 3 miles from our house so seemed like a potentially good fit for our needs. He was quite responsive to our initial inquiry for a quote. He spent over an hour at our house listening to what we wanted done, making sketches and taking measurements. Said he would get back to us in 2 weeks with a quote. We waited over 1 month and never heard from him. Subsequently called 6 times and left voice messages. Our calls were never returned. What a waste of his time and ours! Very frustrating and unprofessional. We've moved on to other contractors.

Like another reviewer said, it didn't. I spoke with Ed on the phone and he set up a meeting with me at my home to discuss our project and take measurements and photos. He was timely and thorough in that meeting. However, that is where everything came grinding to a halt. When Ed left my home, he indicated that he would have a quote for us in about two weeks. He further indicated that he was backed up approximately six months for the building of the cabinets and installation.I said that would be fine. After almost 3 weeks and not hearing anything, I called Ed on the phone and asked when I would be receiving my quote. At the time, he indicated that it was "next on the list" and I would hear back from him soon When I asked for a more specific answer, he said "I told you I would get it to you next week." That was nine weeks ago. I have not heard a peep from him, not even a courtesy call to say he was backed up, the papers got lost in the pile on his desk, etc. Therefore, I cannot attest to the quality of his workmanship but I can attest to the lack of professionalism that I experienced. What is really sad is that he was recommended by a very well-known tile store in the area. I will make them aware that someone whose name they are putting out as a professional to consider is not acting professionally at all.

Well, it DIDN'T go. Ed Brader came to my house, we discussed the scope of the project, I shared some homemade sketches, he took measurements & photos and seemed to have a pretty good understanding of what I was looking for. He left promising a quote in the not too distant future, pointing out that he was backed up with other jobs, which was fine. Many months later without hearing from him, I called and was met with a lot of apologies that my job must have "slipped through the cracks". He came out a second time, again measuring, taking photos, discussing the job. He thanked me for my extreme patience and promised I'd hear something "right after the New Year" (which was about a month away). New Year came and went, as did another month before I finally gave up. I never did hear from him. Twice. I don't know why someone would go to the trouble of coming to the jobsite not once - but twice - as if they were interested in doing the work, and then not follow through. We got our office done elsewhere and couldn't be happier.

.They were wonderful. They started in January. They made the cabinet in 12 weeks, to make custom cabinetry. They were professional, great customer service, they listened to the customer. They were very easy to work with. They were timely and were happy to work around my work schedule. They were excellent.

Excellent quality work in remodeling my kitchen. Can help you with design as well. Was able to match my existing cabinets. You can not tell which are the old and which are the new. Starts the job when agreed upon and will work with you. Wanted to do so of the work ourselves and Brader worked with us. Great company to work with.
