We are a 2nd generation family business that has been servicing the community since 1959! We service almost all brands. 24 hour emergency service any day of the year (including holidays) Pride is a word that all of our employees take very seriously. We are proud of the work we do and the service we perform for our customers and the community at large. Even the finest equipment is only as good as the dealer. The efficiency and performance engineered into products rely on the dealer's ability to properly select and install equipment to meet the customer's needs - and service it when necessary. That is why Carrier dealers are carefully chosen and trained. We have invested heavily in our people through training at factory schools, Carrier study courses, and Certifications By Refrigeration Service Engineers Society. From the start, Mullen Refrigeration has been straight-forward, honest, very professional and, of course, knowledgeable! We had received a very prompt quote without added/surprise charges (unlike the other local well-known and similar/competitive HVAC business that, after 3+ WEEKS we had STILL NOT received a quote!!) That was a good experience. My tenant was trying to use the air conditioner and it was producing heat rather than cold air. It was $65 bucks in material and another $65, they call it a flat fee. So, I guess that's just kind of the charge to come out there and stuff. They're detailed in their diagnosis or description of work. They're professional, available, on time. The price is right in line with market, I don't think you're going to get cheaper than that anywhere else. I've used them in the past and I'll continue to use them.

The guy who worked on my furnace cleaned it and he got the igniter to work properly and he charged me the least amount that he could. They gave me a good deal and a quick service, and they fixed the problem.
Description of Work: We used Mullen Refrigeration Service. My furnace was not igniting so I didn't have any heat. I called Mullen and they sent a guy out.

Always very friendly and trustworthy we have used Mullen for many years! Our ductless unit was a Fujitsu and was expensive but lower than other estimates we had gotten. A+ for Mullen !

The workers arrived early to the house and introduced themselves and went to work . These guys were the utmost professionals I would have this company back to my home in a second. Thay installed all the new equipment and some new ductwork for me all in the span of one day. Thay tested all the equipment and made double sure I understood how to work it. I cant say enough about these guys .I am disabled and these guys made it easy for me. Good serves is priceless to anybody but to a disabled person its everything.. I also wanted to mention one other thing as well. This company offers a warranty for parts as well as labor which is unheared of for 189.00 for 10 years I'll take a deal like that anyday. BRAVO A JOB WELL DONE! THANK YOU JOHN, SCOTT AND ADAM
Description of Work: I decided to replace my home central air unit about 3 weeks ago and called Mullen. Thay came out a few days after the original conversation and looked the job over and gave me 3 choices to choose from with 3 different prices. We agreed to a price which was a great deal! compaired with the other prices I got for the same equipment and the same work.

Description of Work: I had Mullen Refrigeration install a new Carrier Infinity Central A/C and Furnace in my home. From Scott the salesman/estimator to the actual installers John and Brad, I could not be happier with the product and the installation. All of my questions were answered plus the employees were totally professional in there duties. Although the total cost was high, it is top of the Carrier line and that had a large part to play in the total pricing. I went with the unit that fit our needs best. I would not hesitate to recommend Mullen Refrigeration to anyone looking for a fair deal and quality installation. They delivered what they promised.
