Description of Work: They moved me from an apt. to my sister's house. It went smoothly, there were no issues at all that I can think of. The staff at the main office were always helpful and very knowledgeable. The personnel who actually performed the move were on time, very friendly, and got the job quickly. |I would highly recommend them to someone looking for a moving company.

Description of Work: Moved our furniture from a bedroom bungalow to a 2 story cape cod. It took hours less than the estimated time, even with a difficult time getting a refrigerator through the basement door. My antique furniture was well handled. The team was very nice and efficient

Description of Work: WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE! Inexperienced, untrained team, damage to home and property. Had to wait for manager to come from home office to help movers who had no idea what they were doing. Went way over time and estimate. Ended a VERY long day in the dark and rain unloading the truck using the headlights from my car!They were disrespectful and inept. Horrible, horrible movers.

This customer never filed any claims with our Claims Manager. Our Claims Manager is very attentive and diligent to resolving claims and our customers have the option to file them by email, in writing or via phone call. The move did take longer than expected due to some unusual circumstances around the delivery address that are typically not encountered on most moves and were unknown to us prior to arriving at the site. Additionally, we moved more items than we were told we would be moving during the estimate process. We did in fact send a manager to assist in moving one item which required a fourth person to handle due to its size and weight. The customer was not charged for this fourth person reporting to the job site as we felt the incident was the result of mutual miscommunication between the customer and the Company. The manager that was on-site did feel that certain decisions made by the crew chief might potentially have lead to diminished efficiency. Therefore we did reduce the final amount due to us from this customer in light of this assertion by the manager. We regret that this customer was dissatisfied with the services we provided to her and it is unfortunate that she did not file a claim on any of the damages she references in her review. These guys were very good. We had a local move, about 12 miles. The crew was on time & were very careful with our things. We had zero damage to either our furniture or walls, carpets, etc. The guys were great & I would use them again.

Move went efficiently. Sofa was dropped at top of truck when one of the fellows slipped off the ramp. Other than that, all items arrived intact.

The crew did an excellent job. Absolutely no damage and the people were very helpful. They even managed to assemble the headboard in a manner that prevented it from rocking back and forth like it was doing before the move.

The move went quite smoothly. They were very professional and moved quickly. Because they moved quickly, the move took less time and the charge was about $100.00 less than the quote. This showed honesty. They called an hour earlier than expected so I said to give me 40 minutes. I rushed down and waited over an hour. This is why I gave that category a B rating. They definitely knew what they were doing. They were able to take apart a heavy couch to get out the door and then they put it back together. They were always polite and considerate.
Description of Work: They brought stuff from my mom's apartment to my house and were willing to trash stuff from her place and mine. They called an hour earlier than expected so I said give me 40 minutes. I hurried down and had to wait over an hour for them. This was the only bad part and I gave them a B.

We spent several thousand dollars on their services. They were horrific. We would never use them again and we would never recommend them. They lost and broke things. They didn’t listen to us. They took things apart when we had told them not to. They broke marble table tops twice. It was a mess and an absolute disaster. We would give them the lowest possible score. We would never recommend them and we will never use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We used McNaughton & Latrobe Moving & Storage for moving. We last used their services probably two years ago; that’s when we moved here.
