 + -1 moreBrian is very knowledgeable and did a very thorough job with the inspection. His written report was equally thorough and delivered very quickly after the physical inspection. He came out on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. Brian continues to serve as a resource for recommending local tradesmen for miscellaneous services that are frequently needed when buying a new house.
Description of Work: Home inspection, pest inspection, and radon testing.

 + -1 moreBrian arrived earlier than we did, and we were on time. He was already working. He was very thorough and did what he had to do, often providing extra information. We had the completed report that evening! He was a very pleasant young man with whom to work. He had more than enough time to field our questions. His intent was to do a complete job, and that's what he did, even when he had to spend extra time in an area. IWe would absolutely use him again (although we hope we don't have to!)
