+ -1 moreWe requested 4 quotes to replace our geothermal heat pump. Eand D was the only company who took the time to measure the house and do a complete thermal survey to determine the proper size unit. The others simply estimated based on replacing the existing unit at the same size. Eand D's crew showed up exactly when promised, did a very professional and neat installation and took the time to make certain we understood how to operate the system. Dennis folowed up in a few days with a visit to make certain all was working as promised and we were satisfied.
Description of Work: Replaced an existing 25 year old geothermal heat pump. Removed old unit, installed new unit including adapting to existing ductwork, and adding additional domestic hot water storage tank.

+ -1 moreThey are wonderful. They charged me $500 which was very reasonable for that job. I like them because of their timeliness. They come out very quickly when I call, so they are very courteous. If there is a problem that a technician can't take care of then he will call back to the office and get the information they need. So they are very good. I have been using them from twenty years and I have not found anything wrong with them.
Description of Work: I use E & D Co for heating and A/c. The last time I used them was about a month ago for putting in a new compressor in my heater.
