Tyler responded to our request very quickly. Thought the labor cost was a bit high for what he did. All good.

Tyler was prompt and knew his trade. Also, did small handyman's job (cleaned high roof gutters).

Had existing plumbing changed out in detached garage due to it freezing over winter and cracking. Tyler used pex piping to reduce possibility of freezing issues and installed bleeder valve in house to help drain system for winter months. Tyler was professional, polite and took pride in his work. Very reasonably priced for the scope of work performed.

He repaired a toilet and unclogged a drain in the bathtub. He did very neat work. We are very happy we hired him and will do so again when we need a good plumber.

He was about 10 minutes early and was courteous and knowledgeable. Tyler went right to work and fixed the problems quickly. He cleaned up after himself and left the house in good repair.

what was originally just a clogged sewer line [ turned to be a 3 yr long clog that finally was not able to hold any more } Tyler from Deans Drain service was very professional in his job and was not going to stop till the job was finished. in a old 1900's house with a combined sewage line shared between 2 houses. this job was a major one and tyler and the crew worked tirelessly. replaced a line 260 ft to the city junction from 8 - 12 ft deep, replaced old cracked terra-cotta line with new heavy plastic line.
