So I’m not often one for writing reviews but I do think this is a time that I will more so to make sure people know what to expect; do with this as you will. I was very excited to have Raya do work for my doorbell because I’ve been having doorbell issues and their turn around was quick (and it is a black owned company so even more excitement). The first time they came to my house they came for what I thought as a free estimate which is what I booked. They assessed my wiring and said the issue was my doorbell itself. When they left I asked the price and they said it was free (please remember this) and won’t even accept a tip and that they could come and do the install for when I buy a new one (also they didn’t give me an estimate which was also odd but neither here nor there). Because they seemed like good people I scheduled them again once i got the doorbell (i did attempt to install it again but i was still having issues). Anywho they came and said the issue again was the doorbell and so they couldn’t fix it and that I needed a new doorbell (they in turn replaced my doorbell with a regular doorbell and replaced my transformer and bell box). They sent along a bill of 400 dollars for this work (which was about an hour of work) which we thought was rather high so we asked for why the cost was so high and we were informed it was because of the work they did the first time they came. That came as a surprise considering they said the first time they came was a free consultation. Moral of the story before allowing them to do work I would probably ask them for their pricing and a proper break down (I asked for a cost breakdown and it was barebones). I won’t have them do any additional work on my home. They have all 5 star reviews which seems weird considering the work they did. Very disappointed.

The job he did was excellent, he was very professional and on time. He gave me the receipt for the fixtures, the price was very reasonable as well.

This is a great company. They gave accurate estimates on both time and cost. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend. I will use them again.
