My project, like most home improvement projects, ended up being more of a challenge than it first seemed. In addition, the ethernet jack Mohammed installed ended up not initially working. We thought maybe the jack was faulty, but he stuck with it and eventually figured the issue. All in all, the project took longer than expected, but I appreciated Mohammed's persistence in troubleshooting. We are happy with the results.

Great, excellent job and explained everything as he went along. Needed a part. Helped me order on Amazon to make sure I got the correct item. Automatically scheduled appointment to come back in one day and complete. Called to make sure the part had arrived as scheduled. Upon arriving Mohammad notified me had been vaccinated and changed to inside shoes. Cleaned up when finished and asked if anything further was needed. The best and the price was great.

Request a quote for work upfront. My rep, Mohammad, did an excellent job, but started working before I even had a chance to ask what Iâ d be paying. He was very accommodating, as the work was outside and it started to rain. During that time, he left, then came back once it cleared up. Cash and check only. Itâ s 2021; I wouldâ ve preferred to use a card.
