It was excellent! They were very knowledgeable personnel, they had years of experience, they took their time with me, and made sure I was happy.

while we did not purchase the tile from this company, they were MOST helpful at helping me find some of their 'closeout' tiles that were of great quality, but that fit our budget for a large space. The only reason we did not use this company is because the tile selections that they had for the price we could afford did not work with our existing cabinetry/wallpaper. Otherwise, I will go back to them again for future projects. GREAT selection. Fair prices, helpful and friendly people.

Mark Galdo's showroom is AMAZING. They have a huge inventory of in-stock and special order ceramics and a very knowledgeable staff. They took a special interest in our project and answered all of our questions. A week after we purchased our tiles and began tiling our bathroom, we realized that we needed a miter saw for a corner cut. We called the guys at Mark Galdo's, and they offered to cut our tiles with their miter saw for free. If you need ceramic tiles, don't go to Home Depot/Lowe's. I would HIGHLY recommend you visit Mark Galdo's instead.

They were fine. They were prompt and their pricing was fair. However, they were a little sloppy.

They did a fantastic job. We had been working with Lowes for over three months and we were getting the run around from their sales representative. As a result, we spoke to a local contractor that we were using at the time and he referred us to Mark Galdo. The very next day after we had called they were at our home and taking measurements. In addition, they were able to local the carpet that we liked through Lowes and placed an order that afternoon. We were able to secure an estimate, order the carpeting, and had it installed in less then three weeks. They were professional however worked slowly. Yet, once completed we were thrilled. This flooring company specializes in ceramic tile, wood flooring, and carpeting. Very professional representatives and an amazing selection in their show-room.

MARK GALDO HAS PERHAPS THE LARGEST SELECTION OF TILE IN THE AREA. BEATS HOME DEPOT AND LOWES HANDS DOWN. PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN THE HOME CENTERS BUT THE QUALITY AND SELECTION MORE THAN CANCELS THAT OUT.
