I emailed Joe late on a Friday about my PC and by the next morning, he picked up my PC to diagose the issue. Sunday morning he informed me the hard drive was dying and I opted to buy a new one since mine was already 5 yrs old. I was shocked when he told me he had it and all loaded with my data the following Wednesday. He brought it over, ensured everything worked properly, including my 2 printers. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and super fast. It was one of the best experiences I've had with a provider on Angie's List!

I called Epic Tech about my family's touch screen computer but ended up having him work on 2 other computer as well. Joe responded quickly to my call, came to pick up my computers on Monday and had all 3 back to me on Tuesday. Great experience! If you need someone reliable and who knows what they are doing call Joe!

First trip Joe setup my new laptop with microsoft office, anti-virus software as well as setup my new HP printer and networked them together. Evaluated my old PC and diagnosed it had motherboard and other issues. Second trip he delivered a new Dell PC all loaded and ready to go as well he networked them with my printer and laptop. Joe was great and really knows his stuff. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

It was an extremely positive experience! Joe called immediately and he made himself available within the first 24 hours. He explained what he was going to do clearly every step of the way,. He was specific about the time involved and the charges and stuck to his estimates. Joe is a very friendly and professional tech specialist. He is a joy to work with as we are technically-challenged and have had many experiences with proto-typical mumbling computer geeks. He never "talked down " to us even if he had to explain something several times and he was clear and easy to understand. What a refreshing experience with an IT specialist! The work was done promptly and to our satisfaction for a fair price, Joe is an IT gem and we got an Angie's List Discount too. Who could ask for more?

Joe Tecce at Epic Technologies did fantastic work on my laptops. Both are a few years old and were running really slowly; I reached out to Joe to ask if he could wipe them both clean so I could "start fresh" with them. He immediately responded to my questions and didn't make any false promises about cleaning them up, as one was so old he thought it might be a better use of money to just replace it. He immediately made time for me in his schedule, showed up promptly and had answers and solutions for me faster than I expected. Over the course of 3 days, he had the 2 laptops running like new (both took numerous hours to complete), took the time to refigure them to my home network and printer, and ordered and installed a new battery for one laptop that had never worked without being plugged in. I was really appreciative of his honesty and professionalism. He took the time to diagnose the problems and explain them in layman's terms to me. He offered a great discount for being part of Angie's List and followed up with me after each problem had been solved to make sure things were still running smoothly. I won't hesitate to contact Epic Technologies with any future computer concerns.

For a home visit it was great. Charge appropriate to work performed. Nice guy.

My laptop would not boot. Joe took it back to his shop and determined that the controller was bad and it would cost more to fix it than replace it. He suggested a couple of PCs for me to purchase. I purchased a different one and he was able to extract my files from the old PC and get the new one up and running. When he returned the PC he also set it up to work wirelessly with my router and printer.

I liked Joe from the moment I spoke to him. He was a "regular" guy, not a "I know more than you do" type of computer tech. He communicated with me by phone and via e-mail and told me what his recommendations were for my computer problem (i.e., it kept freezing up, pages loaded slowly, etc.). He came over to back up the data on my computer, and cleaned it up, removing viruses as well. We discussed the type of new computer I should purchase and I liked that he discussed it WITH me and appreciated my input. He purchased the computer for me, set it all up for me, transferred all my files to the new computer. And all through this he explained, chatted, was friendly, professional, respectful. He even set it up in such a way that I have a "virtual computer" (I think that's what he called it) for the grandchildren to use when they come to visit! I would recommend Joe to anyone without hesitation and will continue to contact him with all my computer needs!

TheService call was very successful. Joe Tecce was professional and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He then cleaned up the computer and suggested waays to keep the computer running in a more efficient manner. He is our new "comuter guru".

I had used this company a couple of months previously with a very good outcome, so after I had to move my desktop and reattached the monitor, there was no display. I tried to tighten the cords and tried another monitor I knew was working. I finally gave up and called Joe Tecce of Epic Technologies. He was there within a couple of hours and fixed the problem, which turned out to be slightly bent pins in the monitor cord. As with my previous experience, he gave me a good price as an Angie's List member and as a repeat customer.

Joe Tece responded immediately to my call for help, and drove all the way out to Chadds Ford, Pa. the same day to pick up my tower. He did a complete re-installation, cleaning out over 37 viruses and installing more memory so multi-tasking was possible. The computer had previously been designated for the "junk pile", because it took over 15 minutes to boot up, and then one had to log back off and log back on. The seven year old Dell now hums along like a teenager! Joe was as responsive as a "non-family member" could be! His prices are extremely reasonable. Is this guy for real?

I suspected one of my computers had encountered a virus on the internet and used my antivirus program to scan the computer to remove it, but the next time I tried to use the computer, it would not come on. I contacted 2 companies with excellent ratings on Angie's List and this company responded first. Joe Tecce ended up reformatting my computer because of a virus. He reinstalled the operating system and important files, programs and data. He installed a new antivirus / internet security program which uses less system resources and performs much better than the previous program, provided a lot of advice and answered all my questions. Also installed a malware program and threw in an office suite. He added a virtual PC program to run programs in first to test for problems without affecting the entire computer. The services were performed promptly - the computer was ready a couple of days after he took it. He was very flexible about working around my hours as far as picking and returning the computer and also gave me an Angie's List discount. He was, competent, friendly and professional. I have another buggy computer I plan to have him work on in a month or so.

I would call Joe again in a heartbeat. Knowing nothing about computers and how to fix them, and having all of my pictures, music, business contacts, email addresses, etc on this computer, I felt sick. I did not know if I was going to lose everything. Joe was able to save it all, and have my computer running great again.

It went GREAT. I didn't have to do a thing they came to my door diagnosed my computer, left me a loaner one in the meantime. After two short days (Especially since they left me a loaner) I received my computer back and seriously, it is better than new!! It honestly runs way faster than when I even initially bought it. And All my data and pictures are safely on there and they even gave me a backup copy of it for no extra charge. Along with better security, and speed. For the job that they did and the price they did it for (I WOULD HAVE SPENT AT LEAST TWICE AS MUCH, AFTER I PRICED IT) I seriously would and have recommended these guys to friends and family that have any computer needs. Fast, honest, polite, thorough, and way affordable, they couldn't have done better. THANKS
