 + -1 moreDavid came out on 5/22 to look at a leaky window and cracked grout on the floor of a newly remodeled kitchen. We discussed a few other smaller issues, but those were the main areas of concern. He thought that capping the windows and placing a beam below the kitchen joists would resolve my issues. He mentioned that he would send a quote by 5/26. I did not receive a quote so I emailed him on 5/27 to check in. As of 6/9, I have not heard from him.

 + -1 moreDavid was a pleasure to work with. He came up with an clever solution to address a sagging landing and did it in a way the preserves the architectural charm of 100 year old house. It was dome so well, you would never know there was a problem because it blends in with old wood work. We would gladly hire him again for future projects.
Description of Work: Installed a supporting beam system to prevent unsupported edge of 2nd to 3rd floor staircase landing from sagging further. Also included a structural engineer consultation and plan and running support into the foundation.
