hardwood floor
+ -1 moreThey did a sloppy job. They are professional floor guys, and corners were not covered, and there are bubbles. The old work is also peeling up. This is all worse than when it started and my house is on the market!
Description of Work: They promised my husband they could repair all the work and problems caused by our previous hardwood flooring experience. We explained the floors were not fully dried and there were drip marks. They came and started doing work and then told me alone that we might need to fully sand (a switch and bait). I asked them their rates, and they didn't answer me. They continued the work, I asked if they would be able to fix the problems and they said they would have to wait and see.
