The staff was helpful in fixing all the small things which were wrong with my mower, including heating and straightening the warped charger plug and replacing the rear flap on the mower which involved removing the entire rear axle. I know they didn't charge me for the extra time it took and it was great personalized service, not just a routine mower maintenance check.

The snowblower did not work. We bought it in for service and they did not fix it. They rode out the clock until it was no longer under their warranty and refused to issue a refund. A total unethical rip off. Avoid!

I contacted the oil company and they didn't want to be blamed for the failure of two leaf blowers. They questioned the diagnosis and sent a prepaid shipping label to pick up the two blowers with intent to reimburse if they were damaged due to their oil. What they found was shocking. The carburetors on both leaf blowers were damaged and the spark plugs were not the ones that should have been put in either unit. The bolt hadn't been replaced properly when repaired a year earlier. West Lawn basically damaged both units and were looking to place blame on someone else so they could make another sale. I fell for it twice. The oil company returned both of my blowers and I have used them ever since with no problems. I had to pay $150 to the oil company for the parts & labor for the two damaged leaf blowers. They covered all shipping. When I tried to return the new Echo blower to West Lawn which they sold me they showed me their notation on their statement stating all sales were final and no returns which unfortunately was also why I couldn't do a charge back. I was stuck now with 3 blowers and only needed one. They lied to the Attorney General's office and said I refused to pay $48 to repair the Echo which wouldn't make any sense. Why wouldn't I pay $48 versus $400 for a new one? I also called Echo Distributor and they wouldn't do anything. They claimed that mine was the only complaint they had received.

IT TOOK TWO WEEKS FOR REPLACEMENT OF WARRANTY PARTS. THEY WERE PROMPT IN NOTIFYING WHEN ONE OF THE THREE PIECES OF EQUIPMENT WAS REPAIRED INSTEAD OF HAVING TO WAIT FOR ALL THREE TO BE REPAIRED AT THE SAME TIME. WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE END RESULT OF THE SERVICE ON THE LAWN EQUIPMENT.

GREAT JOB AND GREAT PRODUCT. WE HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES A FEW TIMES.

THEY SENT OUT A CARD ASKING WHEN THEY COULD PICK UP MY TRACTOR. THEY CALLED AND I PUT IT IN THE DRIVEWAY. THEY CALLED AGAIN TO OFFER AN ESTIMATE AND THEN CALLED AGAIN TO DELIVER IT. PICK UP IS FREE.

THE MANAGER WAS VERY COURTEOUS. REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED WHEN PROMISED.

WORK DONE IN TIMELY FASHION. GOOD PICK UP AND DELIVERY SERVICES.
