I called a few Electricians and left vm and did not hear anything back after 48 hrs....So by chance I called Wes Carver and what a great experience from the first call. Someone picked up the phone, and was able to schedule and appointment with one call. This is a small business and yet their customer service far exceeded some very large companies. On the day of the appointment, I received a text confirming my appointment and a picture of the electrician that would be coming out to do the job....impressive. On to the job which is why I called. I needed a ceiling fan moved in my kitchen about 2ft because it was not centered correctly and wanted an old hardwired alarm system removed. Kyle the electrician was friendly, officiant, and took great care of my home, and cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't be a happier customer. I'm a big believer that when it comes to any electrical work you hire professionals. Wes Carver Electrical is a professional organization from the first phone call on. I have now found my new electrician and will be very happy to refer them out with confidence.

I would give them an A on all categories. The workman was very easy to work with. He paid close attention to what I needed and was very efficient and thorough. He cleaned up very well.

Wes Carver Electric is a small company that exhibits the professionalism and responsiveness of a much larger company. Someone always answers the phone for scheduling. There is often an electrician (Mike) available to troubleshoot a problem that could possibly be corrected without a service call. The electricians (my go-to is John) are very qualified, personable and truly care about pleasing their customers. Their work is clean and neat (they wear boot covers to protect your home!). The owner, Wes, is lovely to work with - knowledgeable & eager to accommodate. I trust them to provide high quality work, for progressive options and standards of the industry at a fair price. I've cycled through a few electricians over the past 20 years and these guys are keepers.

Felt overcharged. 30 minutes time on property and charged $295.00. Shop around.

Everything about Wes Carver was great. From the professional quote via phone + photo, to the communication throughout and after the job was done and the help with post sales when we needed a permit from the township. The electrician showed up on time, was very friendly, did a flawless job! All of that, for a great price (I've shopped around). Thanks to Mike, Kyle, Zefie and the entire team for being amazing. This was by far the best experience with contractors I ever had. Big kudos to all of you, no wonder there are only A-ratings here.

I called the company needing someone the same day. Within an hour, John was at my door. He was professional, informative, competent, and fastidious in his approach to his work and respect for my home. I don't know if the charge was on par with what would be typical, hence the "B" rather than an "A". Without hesitation, I will recommend this company to others and will use them again when a need arises.

The technician, Jason, did an excellent job. First class professional who obviously worked very hard. He explained everything he was doing and why. It was a pleasure to have him on this project, and we would highly recommend Wes Carver in the future, and this individual in particular. They were great, very punctual and professional. I had called several electricians and they were the only ones that didn't have a service charge just for coming out. My job was not a huge job for them but they didn't treat me any differently. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for electrical work.

Called and had a repair person out the same day, on time, did an excelent job and found the problme after about 1 hr and 45 minutes. Very haapy and appreciate the service. Will be certain to recommend and use in the future.

It went really well. Mike (the project the manager/scheduler) called me the day before the service and confirmed the appt and when Kyle (the electrician) would be at my house. Kyle, called the morning of the visit to let me know that he was on his way. Kyle executed his work very professionally. I would absolutely have Wes Carver perform electrical contracting work again for me should I need it.

Ultimately I decided to not install a permanent home generator, but instead to use a less expensive portable generator system.

I left a message to inquirer about installation. Call was returned promptly and job scheduled for 7:00am the following week. Kyle arrived on time, did a great job, left the work area clean. He had great patience with our loud dogs and with me when he learned my fixture was missing parts. Kyle worked with me on a solution and he completed the job.

Another great experience with this company. The scheduler did a great job fitting us in much earlier than expected. John and his helper were very professional, neat and knowledgeable. The job was a bit tricky since this is an older home but they figured it out in short order.

Great first-time experience! They returned my inquiry promptly. the scheduler was helpful and knowledgeable and work was scheduled for two weeks hence. They called when they had an earlier opening and the work was done a week early. The Technician (and his Helper) was excellent. He was able to quickly assess the situation and together we came up with a plan of action. He was prepared with everything he needed and more. Their work was well done and neat. I thought the price was reasonable.

Good customer service. Work performed within 2 wks of estimate. Kyle and Bradley arrived on time on scheduled date and performed all services to our complete satisfaction. Very efficient team and very nice to deal with.

I've used them a lot. They are my electrician. They will show up when I ask them if I have a problem, they are always very good about that, and they are very thorough. I never had any major issues with them at all. They are good when they come in, they are very respectful of everything, and they clean up very nicely. A lot of contractors don't do that. For their pricing, I think they are about average or a little above average.

Prompt response to estimate the job. Written price proposal left after the estimate visit. I was Charged by Carver for coming out to give estimate which another electrician did not charge for. I chose Carver because of their professionalism, written proposal and good reputation. The work was Scheduled the day after New Years Day. The Carver Electrician arrived at the promised time, finished the work within 2 hours, cleaned up after his work and the Air Handler worked as designed without any problems thanks to the new 30 AMP line.
