POWER WASHERS

Our homeowners association requires power washing to be done from time to time. Reached out to Powers Washers on a Thursday and the by the next week the service was completed. Joe was great to work with, communicated very well. Will use him and would highly recommend to anyone else. Thanks Joe!

Not sure of the price, but the job was very well done. He even cleaned off the exterior of the windows to get rid of the soap residue.

The house now looks wonderful! The roof almost looks new!

I have nothing but excellent things to say about this company. I evaluated several companies through Angie's List and narrowed my selection down to three. After meeting with all three companies, it became very evident that Power Washers was the right way to go. First of all, Joe Parker has been power washing for 29 years. Whereas other companies have been in business that long, it is rare that they employ a crew that has that much experience. Joe still personally washes with his crew so you are getting a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience on your job. He has an intuitive feel for how exactly what is needed for any given area. Power Washers also pays attention to the small details. There were some sections that they spent extra time on because these areas needed extra attention. They did not rush the job and finished only after they felt it was done right. They also do not oversell their services. I asked Joe to estimate roof washing as part of my job. He felt that the entire roof did not need to be washed, but only three sections. He could have easily sold me on more than was needed, but he didn't. He was honest and up front with me, providing me with exactly what was needed without going overboard. Communication with Power Washers was excellent too. Joe always called me back and on days where we played "phone tag" he kept calling until we were able to talk. He is a busy guy and is always booked and yet he takes the time to call back each and every time. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this company. If you are even considering getting pressure washing done on your home, you need to call them. I plan to use them for all my future power washing needs.

Joe, the owner, was very prompt in providing me with an quote, and was able to schedule to project within a few days. The house, shed, fence and gutters look brand new. Power Washers did a really great job at a fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Joe came out as discussed for a free estimate. He worked up a price for what I needed and called me with it within 1 day. He had an immediate opening and they came on time and did a great job. Everything was clean and looked wonderful. I would definitely recommend using this company!!

We were very pleased with the work done by Power Washers. The last time we had our house power washed, another company said they could not completely remove the green from shrubbery on the side of our house. Our house is now completely clean and Power Washers had no difficulty cleaning the side of our home. The patio looks great and there is no moss on the roof of our sunroom addition. Power Washers called me back immediately and came out quickly to give an estimate. The work was accomplished the following week. The workman was punctual, polite, asked me to check over the entire job to be sure I was satisfied with the results. Their price was fair and competitive with other estimates. I would definitely hire Power Washers again. It was a much better experience than the last company I used. They were friendly and professional from start to finish.

Joe came out the day after i called him and gave me an estimate the next day. He did the work the next week and did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

Fantastic, as usual. I used Joe's services a couple of years back to powerwash my home's exterior and he did a great job then so decided to have him come back. This time I sent him pictures of the patio and walkway. He gave me an estimate based on the sq. footage and the photos. He and his helper came out and worked through a rain storm, we are talking thunder and lightening. As I pulled up in the driveway Joe and his helper were packing up and I asked told him "well I guess mother nature won today and you will need to come back to finish the job". Much to my surprise he had indeed finished the job! He told he this as he was standing there in the pouring rain. He handed me the invoice and left. I was amazed that he worked under those conditions. He is one of those few contractors that is fair and works very hard. Thank you Joe for making my patio and walkway look brand new! I applied polymeric that following weekend and have no weeds since then.

They did an excellent job and cleaned the place themselves. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Overall the work went well. He was great and his work was great. He was very careful and conscientious and he was honest. He was personable and fair. He was a really good guy and I am going to use him again.

From estimate to completion, it went very smoothly. They even evaluate the quality of the patient job they were cleaning.

In talking with him he is coming out to do another big project. He made it very clear there was a minimum charge. He told me I was paying too much for what I wanted done. So he suggested other things to do and I agreed. While he was here I asked him for input on another project and we discussed and decided to do it in the future. He felt he was taking advantage of me because it was not worth the initial cost just for the gutters. So he suggested the patio, concrete and siding. I agreed. He was very honest because he could have charged me the initial price just for the gutters and I would have never known the difference. He was great.

They didn’t get all the stuff off but they did alright and it brightened up the house. They could have done the downspouts better and there are some other things that they probably should have been able to get off. The price went up from the last time we had it done three years ago but it wasn’t outrageously high.

Joe is friendly and a hard worker. I could not have been more pleased with the job he did.

Powerwashes did a great job. Joe was very professional, personable and punctual. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. He clearly explained what could be accomplished and what they couldn't do (i.e. what I thought was residue from the egg on a piece of the aluminum trim on the house was not residue; the sulfur in the egg had penetrated the paint and damaged the aluminum). They house looks great. I was very pleased with Powerwashes and will use them again.

They were local so I kind of liked that. I talked to them and they got back to me right away. They set up a date, they were here, and they did it all in one day. I was happy with it. They did everything they said they were going to do. I would recommend them and use them again.

Did a great job on the siding since it had 13 years of that "green stuff" mildew perhaps on it and some black dirt on the siding. The house looks much much better. We haven't examined the gutters yet, but assume they are clean as well. Other estimate we got was $100 more. One estimate $100 less but they didn't bother to come out to look at the house. What's up with that??? Joe was professional and returned my initial call right away.

He came out and did a great job. He was a great guy! I would recommend them to anyone.

The only problem was that the new stain was lighter than the old stain, so the deck ended up looking blotchy in areas. It was later explained to me that this was because of residue from the previous staining, which was done by me. Apparently, it would have required an additional costly treatment to remove all of the old stain. Overall, the job went well, the work was of good quality, and the workers were very responsive to my concerns and questions.
