+ 3 morePete is extremely efficient, brings all materials and tools he needs, goes from one thing to the next with no fuss or time wasting. One of his best traits is that he won't expand the scope of the job if he feels it is not necessary. Given all that needs to be done to prep a house for sale, this is an invaluable trait. His work is excellent, and his prices are more than reasonable. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Pete was hired to complete many tasks to ready our house for sale, including outdoor caulking and painting, power washing, chimney repair, vinyl tile floor laying, electrical work, basement sealing and painting, and closet door hanging. He has done other jobs for us in the past including plumbing.

+ -1 moreHe showed up on time and got everything done in one trip. He brought all of the supplies that he needed and didn't need to come back for a second visit. I remembered to add the review because I just hired him again- this time to stain my deck later this spring.
Description of Work: Pete replaced a screen door and cleaned the gutters.
