Description of Work: This was the purchase of a new refrigerator. 6/23/15 |We are pleased.

Description of Work: Katie helped me pick out the appliances and provided me with a very professional binder showing all the appliances I selected. She also gave me a folder with delivery to hold all appliance manuals and info. Delivery was smooth, and post-sale service was very good (I needed help with some warranty questions.)

Description of Work: I used Kieffers to outfit my new kitchen with all appliances, including refrigerator, double oven, range, trash compactor, disposal, microwave, dishwasher, wine refrigerator. They noted that other suppliers had quoted me obsolete models, quoted me the correct models, and still beat everyone else's price. They were very knowledgable about their products, and even though they were a bit out of the way for me, I would definitely go back.

Description of Work: Would definitely use again! Great old fashioned customer service. We bought appliances for 2 custom homes we built. One we live in. Everything we bought was a good choice. They patiently made recommendations based on our needs.

Description of Work: I purchased an induction cooktop, exhaust hood and refrigerator from Keiffers. They explained everything I needed to know in the showroom, and demonstrated a level of expertise that was superior to many other places I visited.

Description of Work: Had the a double wall oven and over the range microwave replaced. The saleman in the showroom was very professional and not pushy or anything like that. Did not try to up-sale me, which I really appreciated. When they came to do the installation everything went very well also. A little cabinet work was all that was required and everything was very professionally installed. The two workmen were very professional, clean looking and polite. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Purchased complete Thermador high end package for a kitchen renovation - Range hood was free with the cooktop and wall ovens, dishwasher was free with the addition of the built-in refrigerator. |They delivered and installed everything, working around the contractors.

Description of Work: I did a major kitchen remodel, and purchased all new appliances, including refrigerator, double oven, cooktop, microwave, compactor, disposal, wine refrigerator. I had two bids in hand, but decided to ask Kieffer's for a quote. Not only did they beat the price of the other two, they also pointed out that the other bidders had quoted out-of-date models for two of the items. I bought from Kieffer's, and they installed the new appliances working with my general contractor and cabinet installers. In addition, when the general contractor couldn't figure out how to install the compactor, Kieffer's sent people who got it done in no time. Kieffer's was an absolute pleasure to deal with, I appreciated their honesty and professionalism throughout the process.

Description of Work: I bought a high end 30" Capital Range from them. They had the best selection overall that I have seen in this area for ranges and appliances far exceeding Gerhards. Their staff was helpful in the selection process.

Description of Work: Great. I hadn't purchased appliances in a long time. My salesman was very helpful in providing me with information on appliances in my price range and demonstrating some new features. Once I made my decision, the appliances were ordered and held until I needed them.

Description of Work: I would highly recommend them. I would give them 5 stars for their quality and their service. They are the only appliance store we purchase from and we do live about 100 miles away Conel is their main guy and I would give him an A+ if I could.

Description of Work: Ordered a Kitchen Aid fridge that's a lemon, Kitchen Aid is awful and won't help Kiefffer's refuses to get me a different brand fridge and I'm stuck dealing with Kitchen aid. For 7000.00 I feel ripped off!!

Description of Work: Picked out a beverage center that was delivered last Friday. Had the driver plug the unit in, make sure it worked and open the door. When the driver opened the door the door fell off. Call the company immediately and they sent out the owner to check out the door. It all came down to ordering a new part for the door. They did not except a check for the paid unit until I was 100% satisfied. Will definately use them for appliances in the future.
