Awesome. I called Victor to install a water heater. He asked about the issues I was having. I told him I had already replaced a valve myself but that the water heater was still leaking. He then told me it was most likely not the water heater but excess water pressure coming into the house. He then proceeded to tell me in detail how to troubleshoot and fix the problem myself. He was spot on. I truly appreciated his (FREE!) advice and will be hiring him in the future.

Victor was on time, accommodating, and worked around a problem that was unknown before he got here. He was fast, the work was on point, and he was super clean! Even wore shoe covers to eliminate dirt/mud getting on our floors! His price was more than fair and didn’t have any add on fees.... more than recommend him! Actually, I’m looking into get more projects done because of how happy I was with this one!

I called on a Tuesday around noon and was able to make a same day appointment for 4:30. Victor was on time and was able to fix faucet that night. He needed to come back to fix leak underneath tub and I was able to have him come out two days later to finish the job. He was able to fix leak without having to remove toilet or cut a hole in the ceiling which I was afraid might be necessary. I would use him again and would recommend him as well.

Victor was so responsive it was remarkable. This event occurred on a Sunday evening and we had to shut off water to the entire house until we could get it diagnosed. Victor called immediately upon our initial contact, thoroughly explained his services, and let us know he could help us first thing the following morning which saved us from making it an emergency. In all areas he was top notch: communication, promptness, speed finding the issue, skill with repairs, respect for our home, and cleanliness, all of his services very appreciated.
