DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!!! Really they should be reported to the better business bureau which I will be doing .
Description of Work: I was the person from 2/ 2017 who put in a subzero freezer compressor for $1695 . They certainly took my check fast enough and gave me a 1 year warrantee but when I called because the freezer was getting hot ( 8 months later ) and was malfunctioning he sent a kid out who barely looked at it and said " you need a coil" and left without leaving an estimate/ paper work - only told me someone would call me , which they haven't . I called 3 times and got the guy who said he'd send another guy out . Don't expect to see anyone any time soon. Left a final message ( this is over weeks ) that I will pursue alternative means to recoup my benefit of the warrantee . Am now out 1695 dollars .

The repairman came analyzed the problem. Ordered the part. Came back and installed. Problem happened again. Came back and forgot to connect a wire. Washer worked for a few days. Problem came back. Have been calling for two weeks and not a return call. I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.
Description of Work: Washer wouldn't empty intermittently. Apparently needed a new part. Installed part.

overall well . I'll know in 24 hours when I see if the freezer works . Got a one year guarantee . surprised the part only has a one year guarantee .
Description of Work: needed to change a freezer compressor in a subzero . said they would arrive from 9 - 11 and they did . had one in the car when they arrived and changed in it 30 mins . changed the freon to r 12 as well charge 1695 check only . a little concerned they came in a car , no truck with no signs etc . Ed was professional and knowledgeable . I am keeping my fingers crossed that the work was authentic and the part is appropriate .

NO REPONSE to phone calls. to locate the parts that were supposed to arrive within a few days after the diagnostic service call. That was over 5 weeks ago !!!!!!!!! They are an Electrolux authorized repair center. when Electrolux attempted to phone them- NO RESPONSE on many occasions. The name for this company is incorrect- it should be LOW END APPLIANCE TRY TO FIX !
Description of Work: The tech looked inside my oven and told me I needed two parts and would have them by the end of the week---------- was over a month ago.

They do not follow through with anything they say, and do no return any phone calls. They were supposed to be at our location three different times and never showed up. They have been completely unresponsive to my calls. I paid them the money, they have cashed the check, but no work has been done.
Description of Work: They were hired to repair a washer and dryer.

Woman who answered the phone was rude, impatient and could care less about the client on the other end of the phone. Thankfully the repairman was cordial and competent... The receptionist however should work in a factory assembling parts; anything other than dealing with the public.. She will be this company's downfall should it occur.. She is in serious need of an extensive and intensive course in PEOPLE SKILLS.. If I were the owner I'd say goodbye to her...

I completely agree with the review DTD 2/14. These guys are in an 'extended network' of providers used by Best Buy when their usual contractors are busy. An appointment was made with them, through Best Buy, to have my dishwasher repaired on Thurs 6/19/14. At 8 a.m. on Tue 6/17 I received a call from these guys saying that they could not make the Thurs appointment --- they could either be at my house " right away " or I would need to wait until Fri 6/20. I chose Fri. At 8 a.m. on Fri I called them to confirm. No one answered so I left a voice mail asking them to call me back before 9 a.m.. No one called back at all. These guys just don't have any concept of actually running a real business. Steve

Terrible ...DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY BUSINESS
Description of Work: We called this company to fix our wine fridge through Danby. They sent someone out back on November 25 2013 and took our unit with them and a check for $250. We have made numerous calls and appointments to get our unit back. They never return calls and skip the appointments completely. Today was the fifth appointment to bring the unit back that they were a no show. They are somehow associated with another company called A&A appliance in montgomeryville.
