It started out well. Jeremy and Josh are real nice guys, honest and professional. A sprinkler was hit by accident. Accidents happen, we have insurance, the painters have insurance and it will work out. Bottom line it did not end well. Jeremy would not accept what the insurance company had offered. We tried to negotiate but after a few discussions i felt i was put in the position of defending what needed to be painted. Having him back in my home would have made me feel uncomfortable. Jeremy states he is a high end painter and i can appreciate that but even high end people make mistakes and I feel he should have accepted what the insurance offered considering he caused the damage and at the very least should not have put me in the position of defending what needed to be painted. Jeremy stated that we were very gracious and patient. It is now 9 months out and we are still trying to finish repairs. This is what we get for being gracious and patient. At the bottom of this review is ask approximate cost of project. The cost, a year of stress, a year without a fully running home, much fatigue and frustration. So many phone calls, so many appointments, so much time with insurance company.
Description of Work: It started out as a bedroom painting project and after painter hit sprinkler it became 3 floors worth of damage and repairs..

In short, these guys were great to deal with. From the start, their expertise was appreciated as prior to their arrival we couldn?t find any paint colors that we liked. We tried at least six different samples from our local paint store to no avail. We were at the point of desperation when Jeremy arrived and listened to what we were trying to achieve. Based on his experience, he was able to easily guide us to pick the perfect hues for our walls, ceilings and trim. You could just tell from their personal and professional demeanor that they knew what they were doing. The quality of their work was exceptional. Their painting ?cuts? were precise, which was especially important around our new kitchen cabinets. They erected scaffolding in order to paint every crevice in our two-story ?great? room. They were well organized, on time and worked clean. If we wanted something modified or changed, they happily complied. They were in our home for the better part of two weeks and I found them to be trustworthy, smart and honest. You may pay a bit more but if you want your job done right (and with no drama), these are your guys! I would absolutely hire them again.
Description of Work: Painted kitchen, family room, foyer and office.
