 + 0 moreI use them all the time. They do a solid job. They're very fair on their pricing. They make things right. When they first reseed the yard, the seeding that he used did not take. He came back and made it right and reseeded the yard again free of charge.
Description of Work: Francisco's Landscaping Services come out weekly to do lawn service. They do the cleanup in the fall. They reseeded my whole backyard.

 + 0 moreI like that they are extremely hard workers and are always dedicated to getting the job right. No one can touch them in terms of dollar value. They are extremely reasonable.
Description of Work: They come every week for general lawn maintenance. They have also re-seeded my entire back yard and have done some hardscaping in the front.

 + 2 moreI liked the fact that the workers showed up on time every morning and didn't leave the yard a mess at the end of the day. They were all about getting the work done and worked well together, like a well-oiled machine.
Description of Work: The workers placed mulch around the trees in my yard and in the flower beds in the garden. They also trimmed the trees in my yard, weeded the garden and around the trees. They power washed the deck and all siding on the outside of the house. My yard is about 1/4 acre. The entire project took about three weeks working about 4-6 hours each scheduled day.
