Custom Craft remodeled our master bathroom. Work included removing a whirlpool tub and shower stall and replacing with a large walk in shower, removing windows and adding new windows, installing heated flooring, and all new fixtures, cabinetry and finishes. The project took approximately 4 weeks and they finished the work on schedule and within budget. I can't say enough positive things about this company and their employees. They are a local family owned business and they do not subcontract out other than for plumbing. I did a lot of research on contractors before hiring Custom Craft and during the bidding process they were hands down the best when it came to professionalism, responsiveness and respecting the budget. The quality of their work is very high and they are a pleasure to work with. Here are the highlights that come to mind: 1. Extremely professional and pleasant to work with 2. Great communication - they provided a very detailed proposal and documentation of the scope of work. Any changes resulting from my changes to finishes or design were detailed in an updated proposal and they were very patient with the numerous changes I made along the way while keeping me informed of any impact to the timeline due to the changes. Also, they were very responsive to my calls and any questions I had along the way. 3. Prompt turnaround time on proposal and pricing estimates 4. Respectful of budget: Mike was very proactive in communicating when were getting close to being over budget and was helpful in giving suggestions on changes we could make, including materials and design changes, to stick to the budget while achieving our must have list for the remodel 5. Quality of work is outstanding! I had literally nothing for them on the punch list relative to the work they did. 6. They stand by their work and take care of any issues: The heated floor wasn't working properly and they worked directly with the manufacturer to diagnose the issue and fix it (turns out it was a bad breaker). I didn't have to get involved at all or follow up with them to get the issue resolved. 7. They care about their work and their customers. Mike called me several times throughout the project and a month after it was completed to get my feedback on how everything was going and see if I had any concerns or questions. 8. Fair pricing 9. They seem to partner well with their suppliers. I think this is key for a smooth project. I have heard horror stories from neighbors whose remodels didn't go well because of contractor vs. supplier problems. 10. Their employees kept our home and the worksite extremely clean throughout the entire process, including their staging area that they had set up in the garage for all the materials and tools. 11. All of their employees were great to work with. I was very comfortable having them in my home while I was not there. Matt and the other gentleman that helped him (sorry, I can't recall his name) were very polite and courteous, prompt and hardworking. Matt did a great job managing the day to day work. The overall remodel experience with them was so easy and the result was fabulous! We love our bathroom and cannot wait to use them again for several other renovations we have on the to do list.

Cory Craft did an exemplary job on replacing my mother's porch. Quote was spot on 100% correct. He worked quickly, cleanly and competently. He cared enough to make sure the banister was safely installed...my mother walks with a quad-cane. I would recommend him for any construction jobs in your home.

The project went smoothly from start to finish. Working in a very old house presented unique challenges but the team at Custom Craft took everything in stride. The guys that did the construction were great - they were friendly, talented, detail oriented and did a quality job. They also kept the house clean during construction - something important to us since we have a toddler in the house. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom and will definitely use them again.

THEY COMMITTED TO RETURNING MY CALL ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS, BUT NEVER DID. THE RECEPTIONIST SEEMS VERY PLEASANT.
