Description of Work: Heater maintenance ... If you want to call it that. I had them come in for our annual maintenance on a perfectly working heater. The guy changed out a small part (we had to wait an hour to have someone bring out to the house), cleaned the heater and left. Almost immediately our heater wasn't right. Started cycling on for 1 min then off for one min, on and off but the house never got to temp. Had them out FOUR More times. They still haven't fixed their mistake and have conveniently forgotten to call to reschedule to fix what they broke in the first place. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!

Description of Work: This is an efficient, human organization. Just reassessed this year's budget payment which went down by more than half so that certainly didn't hurt. I know, I know...we can attribute the decrease to oil prices but the company is great to deal with.

Description of Work: Our heat stopped and called them after hours. They showed up after about 1-2 hours- technician diagnosed it as the motor being bad on my oil burner. He fixed it and the heat was working again- he game me a bill for almost $800- out of that, $600 was the motor( part only). Absurd - |I have called another company to inquire about what they would have charged and I was quoted a price of $250. I called the oil burner company directly and I was told that the part is about $100!!! Walton's charged me $600 for a $100 part- keep in mind that I have been an oil customer for 2 years!!' I wonder how much they would have charged me if I would have been a new client! I will never use them again and I am making sure that all of my clients know about what they did!!!
