They always do a good job. I have been using them for over 20 years.

They have taken good care of my heater and over several years repaired several things in my heating system.They have taken care of my few problems quickly and right the first time.

A very knowledgable tech gave me a timely estimate on installing addional duct work to an existing system for a home I was considering puchasing. They took the time to answer all of my questions. Also, I have previously used this company to supply fuel oil and was also very happy.

I've really been able to get to know him over the years. He's always treated me well and has come out when I needed him. They're always right here when I have a problem. I think that their pricing is pretty good and the quality of their work is top notch. They are quite professional and always show up on time for the job.

I remember one time I came home and the heat was off. They came out right away and fixed the problem. They also installed a new furnace and the work was impeccable.

Spoke with service manager. Told him we were a first-time customer. He would not schedule an appointment, but put me on a call-back list. He said they need to finish service appointments with their existing customers, who they service first. He also gave me excuses that they've had to postpone existing customers due to weather, that it needs to be 75 degrees or warmer to service A.C. units. He wouldn't give me an idea of how far out they are booked. I called another heating and cooling contractor, who scheduled the appointment within 2 weeks of today. Price quoted for service was $40 cheaper too.

We have used this company for 17 years. They are a local family-owned business, take great pride in their service and it shows. They have been proficient in maintenance and recommending improvements for our home heating/air conditioning system. All service visits have been prompt. We also used them to service our elderly parents' property. They created a unique working arrangement for our situation which showed great compassion and understanding in dealing with our parents' confusion.

OVERALL SERVICE IS SATISFACTORY. VERY CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL.

CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS WERE GOING OFF CONTINUOUSLY. WALTON'S CAME TO CONFIRM THAT IT WAS NOT A HEATER PROBLEM. VERY RESPONSIVE, FRIENDLY. CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON THIS COMPANY.

THE SERVICE TECH WAS ON TIME AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD TO ASK HIM.

THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY EVEN CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AFTERWARDS.
