Our system failed late on a Friday night. When we awoke on Saturday morning it was clear our AC was not working. The temperature was soon to rise to 95 degrees. We had previously contacted Walton to give us an estimate for replacement of both systems. Not knowing how quickly we could get a replacement I called the representative who had given us the estimate. Although it was a weekend and he was at the shore with his family, he responded. The following Monday I went to the Walton office in Lansdale and paid for the systems to include the fee from the township which they had already calculated. The entire week was in the nineties and despite the extreme heat both systems were replaced and working by weeks end.

Repair on our A/C went smoothly. Technician discover a switch that had some how been loose, therefore not allowing the inside fan to come on. Problem was fixed in a few minutes & technician took the time to find a way to keep the filter from coming in contact with the switch. The cost for his roughly 2 hours of work was $169.00 which I thought to be extremely reasonable. We had not had any service performed on the heater/AC unit as we had just moved into this home in a 55+ community. The technician took the time to advised us what needed to be cleaned & possibly replaced. I would highly recommend Walton's Inc. to anyone who needs heating/AC service or repairs.

It was excellent. The estimate was on-target, it was entirely comprehensive (including all of the needed electrical work), and was done on time. The outside unit was installed under our deck outside the kitchen as we requested. Site cleanup was perfect. We plan to use Walton for any future HVAC needs -- repairs as well as new work.

Once or twice a year I would have to have someone replace the belt in the commercial HVAC system at my office. After 5 years of numerous contractors I called Walton. They were the first (I think the tech was Dave) to say, the reason the belt goes bad so often, is the pulley is not aligned properly. They fixed that and now the belt no longer goes bad.

Everything was fine. Waltons were professional as they always are.

Clyd0e S. Walton did a super job. They came ready to work both days. They do excellent work and they also clean up at the end of each day. They answered all our questions. After the system was installed they tested everything making sure everything is working properly. The installers were friendly and proffesinal. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I highly recommend them. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

We have been a customer for fifteen years and have been very happy with their service. They installed our oil hot water furnace eight years ago and have kept it running flawlessly. On the two occasions we needed emergency service they responded promptly and solved the problem, a frozen fuel line, quickly.

Went well they did everything contracted to do in a timely manner.

I wanted to switch heating oil providers. However Walton wanted way more money per gallon than anyone else in Montgomery county. All under the guise of "personal service ". Definitely not a reason for high priced oil.

The technician was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable about the system we have. It was just a straight forward annual check up but the price is fair, the service based on this visit was good and they are on call 24/7 should any emergency arrive.

We have worked with a number of contractors in the 12+ years we have lived in our home. This has to be the best experience we have ever had with any contractor. The initial consultant arrived on time, listened to what we wanted, reviewed our previous system and then explained our options and said that he would put some plans together to review. The plans arrived in my e-mail within the next couple days. Each option clearly defined what the cost/benefit would entail; all very easy to understand and compare. (We did receive other estimates and none were as clear as Walton's) Once we chose our heating system, they were able to install it within a week and a half. The installers arrived on time, were very respectful to our home; they wore booties and lined their walkway with tarps, and cleaned up thoroughly each day. They were even tolerant of our 80+ pound, very stubborn,bulldog lying right in their way, refusing to move, as they brought their equipment into our home. The project was completed in a day and a half, with no interruption to our daily activities. Their back office personnel have been a pleasure to work with as well. They have filed ALL of our rebates and helped to set up our financing, basically all we needed to to was sign the agreement and Walton handle the rest. I have told everyone that has asked, if you don't at least call Walton for an estimate your are doing yourself a disservice, this company is the best at customer service and attention to detail.

The Walton serviceman was familiar with this obscure brand, and performed the annual tune-up service. He was very punctual and professional.

It went well! Living in a townhome community with a homeowners association, I needed to submit paperwork of the proposed change with a diagram. Everyone at Clyde S. Walton was very nice, helpful and professional. Their customer service is top notch. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a new air conditioning unit. Maybe in a few years (hopefully that long) I can let you know about the heating units.

They were competitive within the market and actually the sales, service planning and execution was exemplary. They were professional, on time, they did the work as requested and they went above and beyond as far as making sure that we understood what was going on. Basically, I would probably recommend than anybody considering that sort of work and when they come in and come out it also looks like they did when, before they came and after their work they follow up with you.

These guys were great to work with from the very initial contact through the completion of the work. They were very flexible as the job also involved coordination with the basement waterproofing company. Unlike some other companies that proposed taking the old oil tank up the basement steps and through the house, these guys did it the right way by cutting the old tank in half and taking it through the basement bilco doors. They were always responsive to questions, very flexible with scheduling, and were slightly less expensive than the other two quotes. Would definitely recommend.

Unit was making a loud noise. Walton technician came out and bled the system, did a tune up, and replaced a valve. The unit worked for one day, then died. I called them back, and a Walton tech was there within a couple hours. He stated he found some other parts that needed to be replaced, and got the system up and running again. Two days later, the system died again. ( By the way, the system is only six years old, and was installed by Walton). I again called the sevice department, and they said they would send their best tech out to fix the problem. The tech spent several hours working on the system, and finally got it right. No further problems, and it's been working perfectly. I'm not sure why it took three visits from three different technicians, but they did resolve the problem.

They are great. They have been professional, economical, and available. Their representatives that answer the phones have been terrific. My daughter had an older home. We were fixing the home up to sell it. They helped us with the heater and oil tank. They were very honest. They didn’t try to oversell me. I did have a couple of emergencies and if they weren’t out in a couple of hours they were out the next day. Our house is newer than my daughter’s house was. We weren’t sure if we should repair or replace the heater. They gave us advice. They were great. I cannot say enough about them.

I love this company! I use them for my heating, and this is the first time I've used them for air conditioning and I would definitely use them again. This company has the best customer service of any company I've ever used. Their workers are highly skilled, very professional, and personable too! They have 24 hour emergency service, which is priceless when you need something after hours. The sales team came out to talk to me about the job, and they didn't try to hard sell me a more expensive unit, but really listened to what I needed and made recommendations based on that. Then the workers came out to install the unit, and what can I say? They did an awesome job. And I know if anything goes wrong, I have the team in my corner. A big box store tried to get me to buy a unit there and have "their" installers install the unit, but these installers are sub-contracted. There is no relationship there, and if something happens, you're on your own. But with Walton, there is always someone there!

The service is very good. In emergencies their delivery of fuel is quite exemplary and I am quite satisfied. I haven’t compared their prices.

The air conditioner turned out to be non repairable. However, They also took out the wiring for my heater. I had another company come and change that when the water turned cold.

Uneventful. technician showed up when he said he would, performed the work efficiently and was happy to answer questions.
