Abbey Plumbing & HVAC LLC

We have used Abbey Plumbing for 3 years. Same problem every year. Dan comes to service heater, and the same part isn't working, so he needs to order that particular part. . Last year he covered it , saying it was under warranty. This year, our experience was terrible. We had a scheduled appt for 10/23. A tech came out, had no idea what he was doing. He was at our house for 90 min, and spent most of the time calling Dan because he didn't know what he was doing. Tech says Dan will be out tomorrow. Thursday comes, no Dan. No call. We had to reach out to him. Friday at 6;00 a.m. he texts my husband saying he'll be at our house Sat at 12;00pm. He shows up a 3:45. There for 2 hours, and then proceeds to tell us its the same issue as before, but he isnt covering it this time. He states he has no idea why the particular part is malfunctioning. Needless to say, we will NOT be using Abbey ever again.....

This was a late Friday afternoon emergency. Dan showed up within the hour that he promised. He immediately dove into the problem. It took almost 3 hours to complete the drain cleaning and reinstall the toilet. He worked until after 9:00 pm on a Friday evening and did a great job. Abbey is my go to plumber regardless of the job. You cannot go wrong with them.
