The office staff at Uncle Bob's are very courteous, friendly, and accommodating. From the time I had the estimate and measuring done until installation was about two weeks. I viewed several of Uncle Bob's glass sample doors at a local tile shop where they have them on display. I was pleased with the quality of the materials and all items used by Uncle Bobs are made in the USA. The installers were on time the day of installation and finished when they said the would. I would gladly use Uncle Bob's again for any glass needs. I plan to redo another bathroom in a year or two and I will use Uncle Bob's for that door as well. Initially I thought the price was a little high, but I had a very pleasant experience and a quality installation.

Like I tell my parents all the time, you get what you pay for, I had three quotes and Uncle Bob's wasn't the cheapest. But, there's something to be said for quality and customer service. Chris was very professional and friendly from the start. He came out to measure and template the shower. He needed to come back to make sure that his measurements were spot on (which they were). This shower was a bit more complex with a sloped ceiling. His crew of two guys came back approximately two weeks later for the installation. The guys were friendly, polite, on time, and took a few hours to install the new shower glass. In short, it looks awesome. We just remodeled the bathroom and this seamless glass with chrome hardware makes it look high end. I can't say enough how much of a difference that seamless glass shower doors make a difference rather than those shower doors with the tracks that get all grimy and dirty. I plan on adding a full shower/bath in the basement in the next 12 months and I will certainly call Chris and his team to install another set of shower doors. Thank you Chris!

Everyone involved in the company were extremely professional. They spent more time with us over the phone and in the home even before we told them they would be doing the work. No other contractor we spoke with spent the upfront time.Their Installers were fantastic. They left our newly renovated bathroom in perfect condition, answered all our questions, gave us instructions on how to take care of the glass and were extremely courteous. Installing a frameless shower door the correct way takes lots of knowledge and work. We are extremely happy with the installation.

Timely, professional, well done.

The provider was very professional and courteous. After coming in and taking a look at the broken window pane, he called back with an estimate for special ordering the glass and labor for installing. It took about 10 to 15 business days for the glass to come in and the installation date was scheduled. The date had to be moved once since the installer was running behind on a previous job. On the day of the installation, everything went smoothly. The broken glass was removed with care to ensure that no shards were left behind and the new glass installed. Very happy with the results.
