+ -1 moreBEAUTIFUL WORK. I WAS NOT SURE OF THE EXACT DESIGN I WANTED, BUT THE OWNER,GREG,HAD GREAT IDEAS. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT,AND STARTED AND FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. ONLY COMMENT IS THAT HE SHOULD HAVE MADE IT CLEARER THAT ALL THEY DO IS HARDSCAPE. WE HAD ASKED FOR LIGHTING AND TO HELP CORRECT DRAINAGE PROBLEM. HOWEVER, WE LATER LEARNED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE EXPERTISE IN THIS AREA.
Description of Work: INSTALLED AN EP HENRY PATIO AND WALKWAY AND RETAINING WALL.

+ -1 moreJACK, SCOOBY AND CREW DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE AT OUR HOUSE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY KEPT ME VERY INFORMED OF WHAT WAS BEING DONE AND IF SOMETHING HAD TO BE DONE DIFFERENT THAN WE PLANNED THEY TALKED TO ME FIRST. THEY ALSO CLEANED EVERYTHING UP WHEN FINISHED. GREG WAS EXCELLENT WITH TIMELY RESPONSE TO ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND WAS ALWAYS EASY TO GET A HOLD OF. HE KEPT ME WELL INFORMED AS TO WHEN THE JOB WOULD START AND EVERYTHING RAN JUST AS HE SAID.
Description of Work: REMOVED OLD BRICK PATIO AND REPLACED WITH EP HENRY PAVERS.

+ -1 moreTHEY SEEMED VERY NICE, BUT VERY LIMITED IN WHAT THEY COULD OFFER.
Description of Work: WHEN I SPOKE TO THE COMPANY ABOUT A VARIETY OF WORK I NEEDED, THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY DID ONLY HARDSCAPING (USING STONE AND SUCH, WHICH YOU COULD'VE GUESSED), AND THAT THEY WERE BOOKED FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. HOWEVER, THEY SAID, IF IT WAS A SMALL JOB (FOR THEM IT WAS), THEY WOULD CONSIDER DOING IT FOR ME, AND ALSO PUTTING IN A NEW LAWN. TWO DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM GREG, ONE OF THE PARTNERS, ON MY ANSWERING MACHINE WHO SAID HE WANTED TO COME AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. I'VE CALLED HIM BACK TWICE -- AND SINCE THEN, NOTHING (SIGH). (I GET THIS A LOT.)
