My wife and I purchased our first home during the pandemic. We were lucky enough to find Olga as our realtor. She was professional, responsive and really listened to our needs. She even helped us realize we weren't quite ready to buy a home at first. Olga kept in touch and after a few months of saving and accomplishing other life milestones she was readily available to pick up our search where we left off. There wasn't a question Olga couldn't answer or find the answer to which was reassuring during our search. When it came time to make an offer, Olga was an excellent negotiator. She also had a referral for every other aspect that goes into a home purchase and all services were top of the line. Both Kelly and Olga were great! We started our home search in the Philadelphia area with Kelly. She explained the entire home buying process to us in great detail which was very helpful for us first time home buyers who didn't really know what we were getting into. Olga proved to be a great realtor from the start. We had been searching for a home for what seemed like an eternity. We must have visited what seemed like hundreds of homes, each time learning more and more of what we really wanted, didn't want, and what we were willing to compromise on. What was refreshing was having honest input and not being sold to. Olga gave such personal service and was very knowledgeable. She was always professional and positive throughout the whole experience. She was easy to get in touch with, which I consider a big deal. Olga would always answer my questions and attentively address any concerns we had. Her guidance was key and we never felt pressured. We really appreciated her hands on service and felt we gained a true friend in the process. We ended up finding a home that was a short sale that we fell in love with. As new buyers we didn't realize what the short sale process entailed. However, thanks to Olga's perseverance and continued back and forth communication with the banks and the seller's agent, we were able to close in 4 months and couldn't be happier. We even enlisted Olga to help rent out our condo that we have been living in. That was a success as well. It's great to know she has experience in different types of properties. Selling a house can be frustrating. Olga provided support and a number of great ideas to get our house sold. She was professional at all times. She had a wonderful presentation for us, and after we hired her, she totally lived up to our expectations. She helped us present our house in the best light, such as rearranging furniture and de-cluttering, and produced printed materials that showed our house beautifully. She is very hands on. She negotiated with our buyer, keeping us apprised every step of the way. She is a tremendous problem solver and has an extensive network of contacts to help move the process along.
