I am extremely picky about who I work with and honestly prefer to take on most of my projects because I know they will be done correctly and with the right attention to detail. Can’t say enough good things about Chad and his staff! I have worked with a lot of trades over the years with regards to renovations and landscaping. After you get at least 3 bids, I think you will agree that Chad is at the top of the list. He is down to earth, easy to work with, communicates effectively, and also shares ideas when asked. His team is detail oriented and takes pride in their work as if it was their home.

These guys are amazing. First of all, the soil they provided is fabulous - sand, top soil, mushroom soil, and leaf compost. This is perfect for our clay conditions. They not only completed the job, they did extra tasks, like helping me break up soil in a different bed so I could weed it, and turning the compost pile. The men who did this work are friendly, helpful, diligent and know what they are doing. Chad Kellett runs a tight ship!

Kellet landscaping was the best choice I made. I needed my front walkway redone... the walkway also needed to be lowered which included lowering the front door, and adjusting my landscaping pavers to match the new height of everything. They picked up the stone and completed the job in a days work. Outstanding craftsmanship and a true pleasure to work with Chad and his crew. I highly recommend giving them a call and considering them for any work you might have that needs to be done professionally, properly and also cost friendly!

Arrived on time, the group worked hard and efficiently, cleaned up each day leaving area looking neat. Very pleased with the whole process, and the end result is even better than I expected!

I hired this company to remove a tree, grind down the stump, remove driveway, add new asphalt and build a new retaining wall. First the owner is way beyond the contracted completion due date which was May 29th. He also never grinded the stump down and hid it and all the residual branches and rocks under the dirt. He graded the dirt incorrectly two times as it is still graded going towards my house. He also lied and stated there was stone placed in between my new retaining wall and dirt. After several lies from the owner I had him remove dirt next to wall and there was zero stone there. His workers also placed two bricks on my wall upside down. I had to pay more than double the amount he quoted me for the asphalt to another company to correct the terrible job they did grading the stone and to pour the asphalt correctly. And this was after his sub contractor who was supposed to initially do the asphalt bailed on the job. He also never laid seed down on my front lawn which was also part of the agreement. Almost 3 months later and he now has blocked my number and refuses to come back to correct his mistakes. I have several photos, text messages and documentation to prove everything. He also never signed the contract.

It was great. His guys were great, his workers were very professional, very clean, and cleaned up well. Overall, I had a good experience.

They did a really nice job. Chad was really professional and did a nice job. There were some unexpected challenges and came out with some solutions. Fairly flexible and good to work with.
