Called Saturday A.M. Spoke to a real person, not an answering machine. She was very pleasant and took the pertinent information. We requested weekday service. Seifert's called Monday A.M. The technician was at our home by 8:30 and had the repair done within an hour. He was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and gave us some info on maintaining our system. Will definitely hire again.

Very well. Made money saving tips vs what I thought needed to be done. Also rerouted a pipe that used to freeze every time it got really cold and what they did made complete sense. I have always had a good result. Have not needed them in 7-9 years, but would use them again.

Excellent. Nelson showed up right on time, he cleaned the electronic air filters and the outside unit. He checked the controls and components and the refrigerant and rinsed the coil. Was very professional and efficient. Also Patty who schedules the service is extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Seifert for any plumbing, heating or AC needs. This is a real great company to deal with.

I absolutely love these guys. They are the absolute best. I had them work on my old house, and new house. I had at one point my sewer pipe collapsed. Every other company told me week plus, to get the permits. Kevin was able to get it done in two days, and over the weekend. The guy is absolutely amazing. His guys are absolutely amazing. Fifteen stars for this guy. There is nothing bad I could say about these people.

I believe the first time they came it was fine but then I had to call them again for another reason and evidently they thought they'd fixed it. The gentleman that was here had just started there and evidently he wasn't aware of all the intricacies that were involved and they had to send someone more knowledgeable out to actually cure the problem. They did not charge me the second time. They were good when they came to fix it. They were quick to come. Initially I had called around and their price was very reasonable compared to some of the others in the area.

Jason, the plumber, was not only on time, but early. A pleasant surprise! Was proficient and knowledgeable, explained the "why" of the problem. Left the area clean. Would definitely call this company for plumbing repairs or upgrades.

At 2:30 PM on a Friday afternoon I found our bathroom sink's hot water supply line dripping (it was all new plumbing as of July 2015). When I reached up to tighten the nut connecting the line to the spigot threads, the line came off, spraying hot water at full force. I could not shut off the hot water at the local supply knob at the base of the pedestal sink. The knob was so tight it could not be turned. Panic set in as the room was flooding fast. I called our usual plumber, who told me he could not come. He gave me the name of a second plumber. I spoke to a person at plumber #2's office who said the plumber would call me right back. She knew I was facing an active crisis. In the meantime (over the next HOUR), I rigged the hose to spray into the tub, so it would not spray all over the ceiling and flood the floor. I made it to the basement, where I was able to turn the water down from a BLAST to a trickle. Plumber #2 did not call me back. At 4:30 I called Plumber #2 back and asked them to be honest with me and tell me if they were NOT coming so (on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON at 4:30 PM) I could work on calling another plumber. Next, I called K E Seifert Plumbing. I spoke to a person who immediately worked on securing a technician for me. PATTI called me right back was able to secure a technician who could arrive at my house within minutes. TONY was OUTSTANDING. It turns out the plastic nut securing the line to the spigot actually sheared in half when I tried tightening it, so it was a defective. Tony showed us how to turn off the main. Tony put in a new metal flex-line and reconnected the line. It was one of those incidents when a small piece of defective hardware fails, causing a huge calamity. I deeply appreciate that K E Seifert's staff took my "late-Friday-afternoon" call seriously and sent us assistance promptly. It was a stressful afternoon, and going forward, K E Seifert will no longer be my 3rd call, but now my #1 call.

I called the office and within 20 minutes plumber Joe came out. He promptly determined that the water pressure problem in the sink was due to a clogged aerator. He took care of that and fixed the leaking pipe by replacing a washer. He also fixed the outdoor backyard faucet by replacing the washer. He finished the job in about 30 minutes and everything is working fine. He also called his office and set up an appointment for an air conditioning check later today. Joe has come out in the past and is the utmost professional. I've used KE Seifert many times and I'm extremely pleased with the service I have received and will continue to use them again in the future.

Our heater developed a noise that I thought was due to air in the lines.. I bled the system, but that had no effect. I then noticed that the pipe downstream of the pump seemed cool. We called Seifert because they installed the system. The serviceman arrived, but did not disclose their after hours charges; these proved to be steep. I said I had drained the system and thought he pump was the problem. He knew better and drained the lines again--after borrowing our garden hose. He got the same result, and concluded that, while the pump was not totally broken, it wasn't exactly healthy either. We ought to get a new one.I agreed.Thirty minutes later, the problem was gone--except for a screeching sound the new pump started making a day later. It eventually went away, though warm weather may have had something to do with that. I won't be too surprised if that $150 pump croaks this Fall, but this time I'll fix it. They're not the only guys with a crescent wrench. Before our serviceman left the basement, he remarked seeing several problems with piping and valves and so on that might require attention. Did I mention that they installed the system? After consulting his dispatcher he , somewhat apologetically, submitted the bill: $950.00 ! I payed him $400 to go away and commenced negotiations with their manager the day after. The manager graciously deducted $100, though he seemed indignant that we didn't appreciate his generosity. When dealing with people like this, time is your ally. Call them to negotiate--4:45 p.m. say. Argue awhile and then table the discussion. You get the picture. I could have done better but I lost patience. I offered $750. They accepted. It's still outrageous. My father was a heating/ac man and he earned his money.

Used these guys several times. Never once hit their quote. Managment is arguementitive. They did ok once the found problem. Not good at quoting and management is really bad.
