carpet installation
+ -1 moreI have worked with Elite Touch for several years and have never had any problems until now. I have given Paul a $200 desposit to install some carpeting, but he cashed the check the day of and STILL hasn't installed it. He has promised 4 or 5 times and never showed up. He's very apologetic and goes on about not showing up, but still nothing.
Description of Work: He was supposed to install some carpet in one of my tenant's apartments.

+ -1 moreI contacted Elite Touch Carpet to purchase and install some carpet. He had done work for me in the past and did a good job. Though, this time around, it has been an awful experience. I provided Paul a deposit of $1000 and since he has avoided me. I have also noticed that he has cashed my check. His storefront is closed and based off what his neighbors are saying, he has skipped out on paying bills. I am very frustrated myself and my husband were lied to. I have continued to try and contact him but he has no response. Stay away from Eilte Touch Carpet.
Description of Work: Hired him to purchase and install carpet.
