They lied my mother is a single mole working two jobs to put a head over our house, she was told it would be a $190 to check and & $400 if they saw animals. Fortunately no animals were there, leading us to believe it would be the $190 that was agreed upon, but when my mom called they told her $400 leaving us with 80 cents in her account. My mom is just so defeated right now and this was the only way I knew how to help her, I pray that others don't use their services and find someone HONEST.

I had a very bad squirrel issue. I had a family of squirrels living in my fireplace and Greg came promptly and took care of the problem and he also sealed up the opening where they were getting in. He gave me a very good price and was very knowledgeable

After spending $375.00, and one squirrel removed, we finally had to contact another provider. "Greg" was totally unresponsive. Never would call us back, made appointments and never kept them or was 3-4 hours late and worst of all made tasteless jokes at other human beings expense. It started by hearing and witnessing squirrels climbing our house and entering the attic. He placed a trap outside and blocked a hole to our roof. He caught a squirrel outside but did nothing to rectify the squirrel problem inside. Never would keep appointments, did not return telephone calls, finally we gave uo and called Todd's pest control. they immediately solved the problem. In conclusion, beware of this guy, he will take your money and do an awful job.

I have used Greg before to remove a dead, smelly mouse from my attic. This time, it was a live groundhog who decided to start building a tunnel under my family room - the only part of my house on a slab. I grudgingly put up with this young groundhog eating my perennials but he crossed the line when he start digging under my house. Greg put out humane traps near the hole and came back that night to see if the "critter" had taken the bait. He had and Greg removed the trap with the intention of relocating the groundhog to more pleasant surroundings. He left one trap near the hole in case there were others using the tunnel (there were none) and returned 3 days later to fill the hole with stones and concrete. Greg knows his business and I have found him professional and easy to work with.

They wanted to start the service without giving me a quote or estimate (not even verbal). I wanted him to give me an estimate, but he just started doing it. Later, I felt like he far overbilled me. I checked with another company and they said some of the services he did that day were unnecessary and I should not have been charged for it. I tried to call back and left many messages but he never even called me back.

Was informed that their was a flying squirrel in attic. Charge for services was $241.86 to shoot squirrel with a dart and remove. Contacted another pest control company to evaluate attic to determine how squirel got in. This licensed pest control firm advised that there was no evidence of flying squirrels found in attic. Online research says that only way to catch flying squirrels is via trap or one way exclusion and other pest control company confirmed this information. I believe this company is not reputable and individuals considering using them should be very cautious.

Had them come out to our house to investigate scratching noises we were hearing in the walls. They found evidence of mice living in the attic and put out a poison that would drive them outdoors looking for water before they died. When they came back to put out more poison, they also found squirrels, one of which they shot and disposed of. They returned twice more, until the poison stopped being consumed, and also found and disposed of a second squirrel. After all the wildlife had gone, they closed up the exterior space through which the animals had entered the house. Their work is guaranteed, but it turned out to be quite a bit more expensive than I expected. They charged separately for the amounts of poison they put out and for each squirrel. In addition, I was offered a discount for paying cash, which always makes me think taxes are being evaded. Also, the checks I wrote were to the individual who came to do the work rather than the organization I thought I had hired, which makes me a little suspicious as well.

We noticed a young groundhog rumble across our garden and disappear by the side of our inground pool. When we went to investigate we found that this animal had tunneled under and around the pool with at least 6 exit holes in various places around the edge of the pool decking and in the lawn. My husband called several BCWPC the next day. He was given an estimate over the phone which he was able to compare to others he had received. He felt comfortable with the information he had been given and the estimate was competitive so he called back and arranged for them to come the next day to set traps. They called back later the same day and asked if it was OK to come round that evening instead and my husband agreed. They came exactly when they said they would. They were pleasant, respectful, fast and efficient. He evaluated the burrows, blocked off all but 2 and laid baited humane traps at the open holes. By 8am the next morning the critter was in the trap. By noon it had been collected and removed from our property. The other trap was left in place for a while in case there had been a partner in crime but no other critters have been seen. We are highly pleased with this company and would use BCWPC again in a heartbeat!

Greg came over and determined that the noise coming from our fireplace was a baby raccoon. He removed the baby through the fireplace - how he got it out of there I'll never know - and was very gentle with it while still being very careful. He set traps on our roof and in our yard and informed us of the dangers of a possibly rabid animal. The mother and presumed father were caught and removed. On a return trip, he put a screen over our chimney and we've never had a problem again. Greg was a very nice guy, too.
