I have never had experienced a busted pipe or leak that I just went through. Bioclean came and worked hard and did a great job fixing everything. I have had a great experience the first time, that Bio Clean is my go too for all my carpet cleaning/rugs. Bio Clean has also done some water restoration work on my home. Tim (owner) and his employees are great! They are very professional and kind. I highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about how excellent the service is that Bioclean provides. We worked with Tim who identified the actual extent of our mold and asbestos problems when others in the industry didn’t catch them. The quality of work was also excellent, and we appreciated the fair pricing given. Daryl and Harry are great guys and were also at our house working. The Bioclean team worked hard to achieve amazing results!

+ 0 moreAfter the initial set up, Tim came every day to monitor the drying rate and to check on the equipment. He knew how to connect the equipment so that it would not overload the circuts. He took air humidity measurements every visit to monitor the overal removal of moisture. On the second day, he re applied biocide to the drying areas. He re-tested and did some further testing for moisture content in the walls and mapped out where moisture existed (thankfully, nothing showed up in the walls). The project lasted for 4 full days and we eneded up with a dry basement. Tim was very responsive to questions and had several suggestions also.
Description of Work: Our sump pump died which left large areas of our carpeted basement soaked. While the sump pump was being replaced, we called Tim at BioClean. He responded immediately after the call, arriving with assistant and equipment. He tested for moisture in the carpeting and walls to estimate the extend of the affected area. We decided that the carpet (and the pad were a complete loss) so Tim removed the carpeting in the affected areas as well as the baseboards to make sure that air could circulate into bottom of the walls. He vacuumed the water up and re-tested. He treated the affected area with a biocide. He set up 6 very large commercial fans to start the drying process. He also provided a very large dehumidifier.
