I had contacted them to get an estimate on replacing a driveway. A person came out and inspected the work about 2 days after my initial call. I contacted them after that for the price as that is what other companies had done. However I was told I would have to wait a few more days because the estimator had to meet with the owner to go over the jobs, and he decides on the price, and this only takes place once a week. At this point it had been a week since my initial phone call. I tried calling a few times the following week and left messages but no one picked up the phone or returned the calls. I than tried calling the person directly (Ed) who had come out for the estimate. He told me I would have something by Wed or Thurs at the latest (now 10 days after I called). Thursday came by with no price. I called the office again (no answer) and the estimator the following morning and told him I needed to make a decision and couldn't wait any longer. He apologized and assured me I would have the quote that afternoon, which never happened. I actually had another driveway to do in the spring but it will be a different company doing both projects.

Bill from Atlantic Paving came out to give an estimate on driveway and concrete repair. He explained in detail what needed to be done for the driveway and concrete so that it would last a long time and look good. He also explained the time frame for the project. I decided to go ahead with the repair. Bill told me when he would get started and arrived as stated. The project had to be done in in phases and Bill communicated what was happening after each phase. Bill and his crew worked in a professional and timely manner. They did a great job with an attention to detail. They did things ( which were not in the estimate) that made the project look professional.It was nice to deal with a company that takes pride in the work they do.
