Very professional everything explained in detail.they were on time ready to go anything that I wanted was provided. Both Peter and Mike were available for any questions. I was totally comfortable with the whole process.done in a surprising short period of time.

The work was done promptly and efficiently, but the cost was somewhat high in my opinion.

Aqua Dry was a dream to work with. On Monday, we met with Mike who thoroughly reviewed the issues we were experiencing, and described in detail the work required to remedy the problems. After carefully considering other providers, we decided to hire Aqua Dry. On Wednesday (two days later), Aqua Dry started work. Peter (the foreman) arrived at 7 am and we reviewed what was to be done and he explained again how that work would remedy our issues. The rest of the Aqua Dry team arrived at 7:30 am and promptly started work. Breaking concrete, installing new drains, closing an old ineffectual sump hole and digging a new one, drilling weep holes, adding a new pump, then performing mold protection on our walls, and lastly covering the walls with an aluminized protective cover. The team completed all of this work by 1:30 pm and had cleaned the work area (along with the access they had to my home) so well, there was no evidence they had been here, aside from the new stuff they'd added. We were also very pleased with the cost of the projects. Aqua Dry was "in the middle" of the prices we were quoted, but we felt the amount of work done and the quality of the completed project was well worth what was spent. I highly recommend Aqua Dry for your wet basement projects.

They were very professional, from my initial phone consultation. Mr. Winberg came down and after inspection, gave us many options to choose from. His team came down ready to work a few days later and completed the work! New sump pump and related equipment. Very complete and professional work!

Did a good job.

Aqua was extremely easy to work with. Came on time, cleaned and organized their tools etc. Left today with our yard and driveway in perfect order. Pete took the time to show us pictures of each days work and explained exactly what he and his team achieved. We were unable to go to the basement due to health issues. Respect and care are two words that match Aqua workers! A professional job! Thank you! Recommend them to anyone!

Mike was very responsive to my needs and scheduled the work in a very expeditious manner. Brad was prompt, very courteous, and explained the repair process thoroughly. When the work was complete, he cleaned up and left the area neat and tidy. It was a pleasure working with this firm and I would highly recommend them.

Mike, foreman Peter and his entire team were very professional, timely, neat and respectful. They rectified my water problem and left my basement in better condition than it was before. The process was explained to me before, during and after. I would definitely recommend Aqua Dry!

We had Peter and his crew from Aqua-Dry come out and replace our basement French drain, and sump pump and waterproof the cinder block walls. We have had no issues since. Our basement was done in the Spring of 2016. I have recommended Aqua-Dry to multiple friends. Peter stands by his work.

Peter and his crew did a beautiful job. The lifetime warranty is definitely a plus considering the strange turn our local weather has been taking...more rain than snow for the past several years. I would definitely highly recommend this company for any basement waterproofing concerns. It seems there's nothing they haven't dealt with before, and they have a solution for every problem.

I agree with the previous 5-star reviews. The team did a great job from beginning to end. A top notch group. Peter and Mike, the owners, are salt of the earth guys... trustworthy, honest, kind, professional, knowledgeable and informative. They put my mind to rest. Aqua Dry was able to start and finish the job faster than any other company we interviewed, they use quality products and do things right. The pricing was comparable or better and they give a military discount. This is very dirty work, but the crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves and keeping the mess confined to the basement. Everyone on the team was so friendly, efficient, and hardworking. Mike even followed up the day after the project to make sure everything was okay. Who does that anymore?!!

The team did a great job. Peter answered all of our questions, and walked us through all of the work that was done. After installing the french drain, they cleaned up nicely. In addition, they arrived on time everyday and finished on schedule.
