But I haven't, not totally satisfied with it but it's close enough. The only thing good I can say about them is that they call ever so often to see if everything is okay, if you got it yet, so they do follow up and they don't try to pressure you to do something like that, they don't say oh if you don't do it now you gonna.

I called on Saturday to inquire about a home security service and spoke to a very nice man who explained the service, the cost (very reasonable), and then set me up with an appointment on Monday morning!! Two installers showed up on time after calling ahead to let me know time of arrival. The gentlemen were very personable, yet also very professional. These guys knew what they were doing. The work was completed in a timely manner and now I feel safe and secure when I am alone in my home. BTW, the $135 included the installation feel of $99 and one months service for $36.00. How great is that!

Overall the instalation went well. Installer spent approximatly 5 hours overall and updated us on issues or problems and how to solve. Explained and tested the system before he left. Install price was higher then quote due to add-ons chosen suchs as upgraded key pad and key FOB.

Workers arrived on time, worked clean and efficiently. They did not try to sell me a system that I did not need. They were pleasant and worked quietly. The system was a simple alarm for front and back door as well as windows. The house is very hold with small difficult spaces. I was impressed by their tenacity.

They expressed to us very clearly what was involved with having the system. They gave me a good deal on the price. I would recommend them to other people.

Very pleased. Both the Sales guy and the Installation guy were prompt, courteous and competent. While I generally prefer local companies, the Brinks estimate was about 1/3 of the estimate from the local company. And another company was ridiculously hard to get in touch with. I have never played phone tag so much with a salesman in my life.

They are a little more costly but we have not had a problem in the past with them.

Their service is very good. We did check other companies and they were less expensive for the installation and on the service agreement but we are happy with their system!

I HAD THE SALES REP COME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE OF $100. I SIGNED UP FOR SERVICE TO BE INSTALLED WITHIN A WEEK. I HAVE MADE SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS, NONE OF WHICH THEY KEPT. I GAVE THEM 4 CHANCES. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP ON SATURDAY MORNING AT BETWEEN 7:30 AND 9 AM. NO SHOW. I CALLED THE SALES REP AND WAS CONFOUNDED. THE TECHNICIAN CALLED AT 10:05 AM TO SAY HE'D BE THERE IN 45 MINUTES. I WAITED UNTIL 11:35 AM. NO CALL. I CALLED THE REP & CANCELLED SERVICE. IT'S BEEN A MONTH SINCE ESTIMATE AND 3 WEEKS SINCE THE FIRST APPOINTMENT NOT HELD BY BRINKS. THE TECH CALLED AT 11:40 TO SAY HE'D BE HERE SOON. TOLD HIM 'NO, THANK YOU.' I WILL NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH BRINKS AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT NONE OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

INSTALLER WAS PROMPT AND WAS CAREFUL AND NEAT IN INSTALLATION. PROCESS ACTAULLY TOOK TWO DAYS SO BRINKS CREDITED ME ONE MONTH'S MONITORING FEE.
