We had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. The work was performed in a timely manner. Couldn't be happier with our new fence.

Terrible. Theier installers are unprofessional. I also cannot get them back to adjust a gate. Furthermore, I have tried on several occasions to purchase a 2nd gate and they ignore my requests.

3 workers arrived ,had all material they needed. it took them about 8 hrs to complete. any questions i had were answered in a prompt professional manner.I was very satisfied when completed

Brutal customer service. Adam came out and did an estimate. Had to call back ten days later to get it. said he would have it to me in two days. I called them 17 (exactly) times to confirm install date...three times taking vacation days and they never called or said they weren't coming. Visited the office three times...lot of excuses. After 3.5 months the work got done. No apologies, more holes in my fence then when they started. I had to readjust the gates--took me abouit an hour. I complained but they never responded or cared. I will do everything in my power to make sure they receive zero business from my network. Not one apology or service recover effort. Adam was also very unprofessional when I addressed the issue---they never call back or answer emails. Terrible company with mediocre results. 1300 bucks for 1 hours worth of work. NO VALUE! I also work in real estate and am always looking for good recommendations for clients...this will not be one of them. Also forwarded to the BBB and other organizations. I challenge Adam to conduct some service recovery! Thank you Jason

They came with not enough material, so the fence was shortened and I have gaps in different parts of the fence. It is not straight. The man in charge of the job was profession, however, helpers were disgustingly inappropriate with their language and songs they were singing. My current gate was supposed to be fixed with a 16.00 part, it was not. The owner seemed professional and trustworthy, obviously not.

Crew arrived as scheduled, job done in one full day. Only delay was manufacturer sent wrong size post, so had to wait for covers. No big deal.

They were very reliable and the price was very flexible. The people showed up on the day they scheduled, they were able to finish the job within the day, and they were very professional.

A&S did a very good job and their workers were professional. The quality of the fencing was great. They did order the wrong parts and an extra day was tacked on which made my yard not completely closed for the entire weekend. With a handful of dogs, this made my weekend less-than-fun. However, we did agree on an additional discount on the entire job which made it well worth the trouble. I would definitely hire them again.

cService was done properly as expected. You need to make sure you are overseeing the work your self or else will regret afterwards. Couple of panels got damaged during work and only got replaced because I asked them to. Only time will tell how well the posts were installed.

A & S Fencing was very prompt in giving us an estimate and performed the work within a few weeks. They were very professional, worked quickly and well, and cleaned up all remnants of work. They did more work for less money than another company we called for an estimate. We are very pleased with their work (and our dog has not escaped again!).

Easy to reach in person and by phone during every step. Both the husband and wife are likeable and professional. They came for the estimate on tme and after sorting thru all our options we selected them because the price was very good (not the lowest) but professional attitude and ease was a huge factor as well. They removed the old fence and installed a new and better fence all in one day for the entire yard. When we do the other fence on the property we will call them again without doubt.

Owner never showed up to his appointments appointment. He called to inform me he had prior obligations at the time of the appointment. After several attempts of speaking with his "wife" on the phone no appointment was ever kept. His wife also started avoiding my calls after I took time off from work for the scheduled estimates to be done. Not a good business practice if you ask me. I'm not entirely sure how they stay in business if they do this.I was forced to take 3 days off from work for this and to date a year later have not received a phone call from this company.

Adam came to the estimate on time and really educated us about fencing. We decided to hire them after receiving estimates from a number of other companies. Their price was better and we were more comfortable with Adam and his team. The only unfortunate part was that they had to cancel the original installation date, which was frustrating, as I took off from work that day. Installation day was great and we were beyond pleased with the 2 guys who performed the work. The final product is beautiful and we are very pleased!

They were great. One of the posts that keeps the fence up was cracked and they came out the same day to fix it. They are very prompt and professional. The pricing was competitive as we did get other bids.

From the first phone call to the time the guys left they were very professional. When I called to get an estimate they told me what time and what day and even the guys name that would be coming out. I was scheduled for a Friday to have this job done. They called me on Thursday to inform me that due to weather they had to push me back to Monday. They came out first thing on Monday and did a great job. I would not hesitate to hire them again when we can afford to do our entire yard.

These guys were tremendous to deal with. Completely professional; top quality product and service at an extremely reasonable price. Quote process was accurate and smooth. I left a deposit the day of the quote allowing me to be placed on their schedule immediately. I received a follow-up call from the office confirming exactly what type of fence we wanted with an estimated installation date. Date was within two weeks which was fantastic given the busy-ness of the time of year (ealy/mid May). Weather cooperated and they came a WEEK EARLY to install. The two-man crew worked with incredible efficiency completing the job in a single day. They preppred everything ahead of time and came prepared to do the on-site install - no messing around at all. I can't recommend this company highly enough - terrific overall experience.

Very happy with the actual fence. Poor communication as to start date and the delay in starting. Despite repeated calls to Sue (very nice) to have Adam call me, he never returned my call. Slight problem with job, was promised Adam would come out and examine, but he did not. The crew was very nice and hard working. They (A&S) need to place a greater value on customer service. For this reason, I would not use them again.

They were prompt and professional and did a great job with the fence.

From our initial estimate, to the final nail, A&S was very professional. They showed up on time (actually 30 mins early), worked very efficiently and professionally. When I pointed out a slight gap, they quickly fixed it. I would recommend them easily to anyone looking for a fence to be installed.

He came out and looked at the work and told me what parts of my fence needed to be replaced. He wrote down and let me see a price that he said he had to check with his wife since she did the book work. I never heard from him again and I am less than happy. I thought that it was a lousy response. He came right out and he was professional, and then he dropped the ball. I felt terrible.

Adam was very helpful. He asked if he could do the job a few days earlier than scheduled to stay ahead of the rain storms. I was a little uneasy about not being there when the work was done, but Adam assured me the work would be done quickly so my Father did not have to keep the dogs in the house too long. Not only did they finish on time, but the work was fantastic. The painting of the posts was so good that you cannot tell they were the existing posts. I highly recommend A & S Fencinng.

The job went very well. I was happy with the end result. I was a bit nervous about the posts and gates being painted, but they look great. It looks like I had a whole new fence installed. Adam was sensitive to the fact that I had 3 dogs and made sure the job was done quickly so the dogs weren't stuck in the house all day. I received a contract for the price quoted, which meant no surprises!!! That really made me feel comfortable with the company. I highly recommend A & S Fencing.

They've done an excellent job. Their craftsmanship was superb.

Adam was very responsive in setting up an appointment to provide a quote. He was clearly very knowledgeable based on his lengthy experience in the business. He provided several alternative gates which some other vendors did not carry along with pictures. He also recommended a gate which I ended up taking which I would not have thought of which provided a more functional yet equally attractive gateway. While on-site he suggested replacing some of the rotten rails in the split rail fence and offered to provide and install some good condition used rails that he had collected from disassembling a fence for another customer at 50% of the cost for new rails.

ONCE I PROVIDED THE DOWNPAYMENT, IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THEM ON THE PHONE TO GIVE ME AN INSTALL DATE. FINALLY, I HAD TO SUBMIT A DISPUTE THROUGH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY I HAD USED FOR THE DEPOSIT. ONE WEEK LATER THE CREW JUST SHOWED UP TO INSTALL THE FENCE. NO CALL, NO NOTHING. THE JOB WAS ONLY FAIR. THE WIRE IS INSTALLED ON THE OUTSIDE WHERE IT IS MORE VISIBLE. I HAD TO HAVE THEM BACK TO FIX AREAS THAT WERE SHODDILY INSTALLED. THE GATES ARE INSTALLED WITH HUGE GAPS WHERE MY SMALL DOG CAN ESCAPE. ADAM LANDMAN NEVER APOLOGIZED OR EXPLAINED THE DELAY OR TRIED TO SMOOTH OVER THE PROBLEM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FENCING COMPANY.
