Overall great experience and lovely home. Took a little longer than expected but otherwise great builder. Coming from the South prices were more than what we expected, just get more home for your money down South. However, we couldn't have chosen a better builder and neighborhood in this area. Very impressed with our house!

We purchased our home from Wilkinson in their Sandy Hill development. We originally saw the neighborhood when we first started looking at houses and thought that it would be out of our price range. We decided to stop and talk to the agents about the model home regardless and were thoroughly impressed with its quality and construction. The house we wanted was initially out of our price range. However, the Wilkinson agent called us back a few days later and found an option that was much closer to what we wanted to spend. They worked very hard to make the house as custom as possible while still keeping it in our price range. We were able to upgrade everything we wanted and still keep the total affordable. They actually negotiated with us, unlike several of the builders in the area. Mr. Charles Wilkinson, the builder came down and personally helped us walk through the negotiations. He gave me a handshake guaranteeing the price, quality of work, and timeframe. All were delivered exactly as expected. We have lived in our house for a year and couldn't be happier. We love the neighborhood, the quality of the home, and the location. With several builders in our area to choose from, I would highly recommend Wilkinson Homes.
