They are liars and cheaters. I told them I did not want gutter guard and they put it in without my knowledge or consent and will not pay me back. I would never trust or use this company they are thieves. I even called them and he refused to even partially refund me over $1,100! I never signed a contract and paid cash. They did not do the job the promised. Horrible company with no customer service. They should not be in business. I have never dealt with such a bunch of liars and thieves in my Life. The man, Jimmy, I spoke with was rude and unwilling to try to help me. I am single and retired and that money was huge to me.

This company was called to clean my gutters. I received a quick call back and a workman came within a few days. He rang my doorbell and left his card. When I went to the door, he was in a company truck. He stated, "He forgot his ladder??" He would be back. After waiting for his return for several hours, I phoned the owner, Jimmy. He stated that was possible. No, he didn't know when the man would be back because they worked from a "List". The workman never came back yesterday and Jimmy refused to make an appointment for him to return. He stated, " That is not the way they do business. You are put on The List". I have no idea at this point if I missed my turn on "The List" since he did not come with a ladder. What I do know, is I now have an emailed bill and NO PROOF- not even a business card- that anyone ever returned to do the job the following day. The owner was arrogant and defensive about his way of running his business. I have never encountered workmen of this caliber. NEVER AGAIN!

Great work! We have a lot of trees around our house so the gutters get clogged. Will need to do this a few times a year. Good work!
