Nice to deal with

I had only one short piece of gutter to reattach (it had come loose during a storm). My options were limited; pay a flat and rather pricey fee to have it reattached or pay slightly more for an overall gutter evaluation (inspection, cleaning and securing with new fasteners). I chose the latter, fearing the 20-year-old gutters could come loose at any time. All in all, I'm glad with the outcome--my mind is at ease and the fellow who came out to do the work was courteous and thorough.

The reason I wanted to replace my gutters was to eliminate the rain from dripping down through the soffits. Jimmy from Everything Gutter was supposed to apply a sealant to the new gutters to try and stop this. Although he did replace my gutters, he failed to apply a sealant. The rain is dripping just as bad as before. I called him and he told me to be patient. That was two weeks ago. I doubt he is going to complete the job we agreed to. I do want to say that he did a good job replacing my gutters, but my problem was not resolved.

They are polite,quick, and do not waste time. We have had a lot of rain lately and the gutters have been doing a great job.

The two man team handled the problem---connecting a downspout from the roof gutter at one end of the roof to the lower-down garage gutter---efficiently. I thought there was good value for the money I spent. They were courteous and thoroughly professional.

NedStevens is usually much more expensive but is cleaner; it leaves no debris even on the yard

Joe from Everything Gutters came out to my house in the time period I was told he would be there. Explain what needed to be done, the right way and then did a great job that I am very pleased with. He also did some extra work, by checking my other gutters and cleaning them out. I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable to work on their gutters. Very knowledgeable.

i spoke to Jimmy and was very pleased that not only he was willing to work with me he was extremely easy to talk to and knew what he was talking about. i hadn't had my gutters done for awhile and they were in poor condition. it was a wonderful to drive up on a rainy day to see my gutters in great shape. very professional and at a great price. i will definitely use the again.
