Great customer service

After initial call to make arrangements I made 2-3 attempts to reach them. Left messages and texts but not one reply to confirm time of service. Despite the work being performed at what appeared to be a fair price I felt disregarded once I’d agreed to the work. Just a simple courtesy reply to my calls would have been appropriate.

Very responsive and easy to deal with. Can't judge quality of work, as I wasn't here and I can't get up to the gutters to evaluate the quality of work. Cleanup was excellent on the ground.

They were hired to fix a small drip in the corner joint of one gutter. Their two operators sent claimed they properly caulked the joint. The leak remains. We sent them a video of the dripping leak area after the so-called repairs and after we paid them. The operators obviously didn't have a clue and the company has yet to send anyone to fix the problem or to refund our payment.

They rescheduled once then were late the second time but gave me a discount based on being late. Very nice owner.

Jimmy and Joe got the fallen gutter replaced in an hour and one half. I will probably use them to update front gutter when the bushes at front of house are cut out of the way. I think the value was good, but it was done that day, which is the reason I went with them rather than a lower estimate with no mention of when the job could be done.
