Excellent Service - they came out, pumped/cleaned & inspected both tanks & left us the receipt so we could forward it to our township office before the y/e deadline. Very accommodating & reliable.

At first, they did not return my call timely so I had to call twice. Then they called me back and said they let me know when they could come and do the work. I hired them on the phone and I was waiting for a date of service. Then another person in the company called me a week or so later and asked me the same questions. I told him I wanted to know when he was going to do the service. He said he'd come in the next week. He never came. I called again and he said he'd put me on the schedule soon but still haven't heard from him. Lots of wasted time on phone calls and service still not done over a month later.

They're great and they're really good. It was approximately $200 for the pump-out.

It was clear that there was a clog going to the septic, since all water from upstairs would come into the downstairs toilet. Then, it would gradually go down. I used some septic flush from the hardware store, but it didn't totally clear. I called Pierson and he was out the next morning. He explained a problem with the plumbing in the basement, how it could cause problems in the future, but right now, the problem was outside. He found the access and opened it. Saw the clog, broke it up and flushed it out. He talked about avoiding the problem by not flushing fat down the sink and using the septic bacteria supplement regularly. I always use him to pump my septic. Strongly recommend them.

The price was higher than other systems as it was a custom system. They were always available. They restored the landscaping better than it was before. They did an excellent job. They were very honest, direct, and very knowledgable. They were able to explain everything to us and were very thorough. They were also very responsive to our needs.
