Everything Gutter

I didn't like them at all. I didn't like the way they just came and was here with about five men and blew the things out and just left everything all around. I was not happy whatsoever. That's not what I expected. The last time I had someone and they had like a blower but it was a sucker blower that went into a bag, like it sucked it up and they weren't even here 5-10 minutes. They did it in the fall and then they just showed up in the spring again and I had paid them for the fall but I did not pay them in the spring because they did not call me, they didn't knock on the door, there was no appointment set up for them to do it and if they come again I'm going to tell them get away go home. Instead of the $75 they are trying to get me for $95 and I'm not paying them. I wasn't happy with their service to begin with and I don't know what gives somebody the right to just come out again. Do they just think that because you signed up once for it you get it in the fall and spring every year? I just don't think they did a great job. You don't just leave all those things around and on my roof and everything else and wait for the wind to come and blow it away. It took me forever to clean the mess up, it was terrible and when you called nobody answered. I would not even recommend them.

The service was to clean all of the gutters and make sure that they drained properly. The next rain storm that occurred, we had the same issue as if no work was ever completed. Not a great experience.

We had more gutters than the $85 Angie's coupon - more than 100 feet (which isn't very much) so they charged us extra for that. The price was more than $85. They were quick and professional. They have a nice gutter cleaning van, and were here for about half an hour. They have some really good equipment to do the job professionally and quickly. They cleaned up over the patio, but not over the yard. Over all I would recommend them and we may use them in the future.

Very disappointed in the service because they dropped all the dirt from our gutters all around below on our patio, scrubs and everywhere! To place the screens they had to scape the old paint off to place the screens they also left the droppings all around without cleaning up! My husband thought that when they returned to repair an area left unfinished they would clean up their mess but they did not ! Very unprofessional! Disappointed in the garbage left behind!

Very happy with job. Very professional and courteous people. They took extra time to discuss potential issues and provided a reasonable estimate for another gutter related job with no pressure.

They did a awesome job. Left no mess....if it was not for my newly cleaned gutters and a small invoice I would not even know anyone did the work.

The contractor reversed the gutter on the front of the house so that it drained towards the opposite end. The downspout was reinstalled to drain into a rain barrel. The contractor reused the existing gutter and downspout. The cost was very high based on the limited scope of the project and the reuse of most materials. The overall experience was extremely disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and sloppy workmanship. The contractor was responsive, but difficult to schedule. Jimmy (the owner) requested a picture of the house and an e-mailed description of the work requested. Since my project was a relatively small endeavor, it was determined that service would be performed when they were in the local area. I requested that, regardless of timing, that I be notified prior to starting work so that I could be present. (I generally do not allow new contractors on my property unless I am home.) This requirement was ignored and I returned from work one day to find that the work had been completed. Debris from the gutter was strewn across the front lawn and fence, along with a downspout protector. The anchors from the original downspout installation were left in the bricks. The reinstalled downspout had a hole in one side. (I had a few spare pieces in the garage..... it could have been swapped out if I had been home to supervise). When I called to complain, I was told that my disappointment was misplaced since the "gutter cleaning" was included at no charge. It was standard practice to toss the debris in the yard since it would be removed during the next lawn mowing. There was no response when asked about the metal downspout guard left in the yard and the debris on my fence. A few days later, I noticed that the patch on the original downspout opening was leaking. Needless to say, the experience with Everything Gutter was very disappointing. I had to clean up their mess and fix their shoddy workmanship. I would not use this contractor again or recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

The job was done as promised. No complaints.

The provider was responsive and performed the services as requested. The gutters was cleaned well and resolved the clogging issues we had.

Serviceman was courteous, we went over details of job. He completed his tasks and inspected his work giving me an idea where the worse location were. He offered to pick up all debris, but I told him not necessary as I was working in yard.

Swept off porch and walk ways so no debris was left behind.

Great service and very punctual. They were quick to respond to communications and schedule service in 2 days during the busy fall season. The tech was professional and did not try an up sell gutter guards or maintenance plan. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended,

He came out and cleaned out my gutters. There was no fanfare, he came in a timely manner, didn't bother me at all and got the work done and left.

Very responsive and scheduled work promptly. Worked was delayed due to weather so they did not show up when expected, but they did a good job. Jim took before and after pictures so i could see the work. Very pleased with the results.

I first had difficulty with scheduling however Jimmy was very professional and got the job done.

The provider constantly says he will call us back when we are trying to schedule services, but then never calls back.

They were on time and did a great job. There was some residue on the house that has been cleaned up by other service provider's that I've used in the past but I would recommend their services to others.

Very good sevice. Paid for the deal, they showed 2 days later and completed the job. They were very friendly to deal with, did a thorough job, and left no waste behind. Will be using these guys again.

I was not present, so I dont actually know who did it. But they were very quick

i thought they did a descent job but scheduling itself was tricky. they showed up to the house a couple of days after purchasing the package on Angies list. They called that day, did not leave a message and went ahead at my house to do the cleaning. The babysitter was home and she had no idea someone was coming so she didn?t let them do any work. When I called back that evening the gentleman on the phone kept insisting that work was performed already. Eventually he believed me when I said that the babysitter didn?t let them do any work since it?s not her house and had no idea they were coming. Again, I tried to reschedule. I had warned the babysitter this time around but they still showed up at some other time not discussed. Anyway, work was done. I appreciated them being eager to get things done but they have to follow a process and can just show up like this in people?s homes. They did leave debris etc all over the yard which we had to clean. All in all?I think I would go elsewhere next time.

Quick reponse, on time, reasonable price. All went well. Hard to judge otherwise unless I want to climb a very high ladder to view the gutters.

Everything went well, showed up when he said he would and gave me a call when it was finished. I had more gutter s than the offer specified, but the total price was 115, still a bargain.

It went well. We got Our gutters cleaned but liked the company and made an appointment for new gutters. Our gutters were over 20 years old. We are happy with results

The big deal turned out okay. The cleaning itself was as they advertised, but they also asked to do reinforcement on the gutter for $100 more,which a little more out of my total expenses. The work was well done. They recommended to do all the reinforcement and I just did it. They came out about 10 days after I called. I was not there when they cleaned, but they cleaned all the mud and leaves from the inside of the gutter. This was the first time I used them. Their response was pretty quick, and the schedule time was good. The work was done pretty well.
