Description of Work: They blew the leaves out of the gutters but never opened the down spouts. Water could not have drained properly. This only partly solved the problem. Will not use again.

Description of Work: Gutter cleaning. Special rate is based on 100 ft. of gutters. That is not made clear at the outset. My total number of feet is 70 - yet - the price was not lower for fewer feet. I think this should be made clearer when a special is announced, but the person preforming the service was excellent, and very nice to work with. The only other small issue I had was when setting up the appointment, the owner was reluctant to arrange a time when I could be present. I have an old house with some quirks, and I always want to be here when work is done. The owner resisted somewhat trying to accommodate that, but in the end it did work out. I will use this company again due to the positive outcome.

Description of Work: First of all, I thought I was getting a deal from Angie's List - gutters cleaned for $85. However, I didn't read the fine print, and it turned out that the cost was $60 more than that. Also, I tried to contact him via Angie's List e-mail, but he didn't seem to read it.

Description of Work: I called Everything Gutter to inquire about a special deal through Angie's List. I wanted my gutters cleaned and knew that the allowed footage in the deal was less than I had on my house. I wanted to know how much extra it would cost and if there was any additional cost because the gutters had guards on them. I also wanted them to inspect the gutters and downspouts for damage. I left a message with this information and asked for a return call. |They returned my call the next day. I explained my questions and honestly never did get an answer to my original questions. |By the time I got off the call I was convinced I needed all new gutters and down spouts. I've never had to deal with gutters before, this was all new to me and I felt I needed to follow their advice. Fortunately when I spoke to my family later that evening they pointed out to me that how could Everything Gutters even know if I needed new gutters and down spouts if they hadn't been here to look at them. During the call with Everything Gutters the person I spoke to did look at my house on the internet to estimate the footage of the gutters and asked me I could see any damage or if they were pulled away from the house, I couldn't. |I emailed Everything Gutters telling them to cancel the installation of the new gutters and down spouts and to set up a time for cleaning the gutters only. |Three days later, the day before the installation was to be done, I hadn't heard back and called and left a detailed message to cancel the installation and to schedule the cleaning. |I got a voice mail stating that they never got the email, I sent a reply to the email they sent me so I know the email address was correct, and that they would be out on the next Tuesday, 9/1/15, that they were doing a job in my neighborhood that day and would be over afterward to clean my gutters and it would cost $165. |Everything Gutters did not show up on 9/1, no phone call, no email. |The next day Wednesday 9/2 a workman was sent to my house to do the gutter cleaning, I was not home and he was told to cancel the job. |I have used Angie List contractors several times and have always had a wonderful experience, rated them all "A". |I was very disappointed with Everything Gutters. |

Description of Work: Prompt and courteous service. My gutter cleaning was performed within three days of purchase. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: They cleaned gutters, one gutter was still clogged, they came back out to correct, however, gutter still remained clogged. Gave up on them, went to another company who actually cleared it.

Description of Work: Installed new 2x3 downspout. Very simple job. Cost was high but in fairness to the provider, they did indicate to me upon contacting them, that the replacement part was costly, it wasn't a matter of being overcharged for the labor. Job took less than 15 minutes to do. Looks good, happy with results.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and left no debris on property, which is what previous companies had done on prior services to the gutters. Will use them again!
